I have gone to the pharmacy here on three occasions in the last 6 months. Each interaction has been worst than the last. The staff has been blatantly rude as well as incorrect each time.

Drive-thru has been open and working for months without any problems. Plus, if you'd rather get your monthly medications without trouble, they'll actually mail them to you and charge your debit/CC/FSA cards.

Infinitely better than Fred Meyers trash pharmacy. You don't have to wait in line for 45m-1h, they're timely and not disrespectful. Not the best part of town, but the speedy and polite service makes up for that.

Over the last four months I've tried 3 different pick up orders to this location and they are always canceled without a reason. I came in to do a return during my lunch break and the receipt wouldn't scan. The cashier stated that I would have to take the return to the original store 30 miles away. I asked "can you type in the receipt number?" which the sales associate just said "nope..." took it to a different walgreens in town and they typed in the receipt number to finish the return (which tells me that they either need more training or to not be lazy and waste customers time and gas money).Terrible customer service every time I have been to this store and I will not be going back.

Since moving to Medford, I have experienced a number of complex medical concerns. The Barnett Walgreens pharmacy team has been exceptional throughout the healing process.I am especially grateful to Iris, she is genuinely kind and graciously delivered the level of assistance required to navigate thru several challenging pharmacy needs.Thank you Iris and Barnett Crew for all of your help :)

Iris was full of great information about Covid testing (had to get one for myself and my daughter to go to an event while in vacation). She was extremely helpful about testing information, buying tests, insurance information, and how to get a test with same day results for my event. There weren't any appointments before my event time and she helped expedite my our appointments and her results in time. Whatever this store is paying her, she's worth double!! The best customer service she willing to go above and beyond! Thank you Iris!!

Pharmacy is godawful. Do NOT waste your time getting prescriptions filled here. Or actually, NOT FILLED, I should say.. since they’re never ready even when placed a week in advance and the automatic system tells you it is ready. You will also wait in line 40+ minutes to be told they don’t have it and “don’t know when they’ll get it”. SO helpful when needing a medication in a timely manner as most are. This is also not a one time problem, it’s consistent and happens about every other order or so placed every few months. Ridiculous. At least make a better system for customers so we don’t have to waste our time here.

The only reason I am giving them one star is because I do not have the option to give them zero. Having been a regular customer for years, it saddens me to report that the service at this location has of late taken on a quality more akin to something one would find floating in a portable toilet on the third day of a music festival than that of a proper retail establishment. The rotund, troll-like wretch manning the front counter like some sort of hyperactive gargoyle is especially awful. I can only hope that she is removed from her perch by whatever mechanism possible... perhaps a priest might be consulted?

No one ever answers the phone, was on hold with 2 callers a head of me for an hour until 11:45 when the recording changed to say they were at lunch. Line is always half way thru the store or at least 10 cars deep at drive thru so expect at least an hour or 2 wait no matter how you're trying to reach them. Their hours are ridiculous, closes at 5pm, and not open on weekends at all. I recommend everyone to switch to another pharmacy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The wait time is always INSANE, I'm always waiting AT LEAST 15-20 minutes every time I pick up a medication. Seems like they decide to close whenever they feel like it, I was out of a very important medication for 5 days because they were closed for 4 days in a row. Not having this medication resulted in me being BEYOND sick and barely being able to function. Pharmacy was finally open today, I waited in line for the usual 15min, just to be told they didn't have my medication (On my app it said it had been ready for pickup for 5 days). This happens ALL THE TIME! Every time I go here, there's always an issue. Nobody answers the phones either and everybody is always rude.

Terrible terrible. One single good experience out of about 2 years, getting monthly diabetic meds. The wait in line is HORRIFIC. Hours not minutes.

This pharmacy used to be amazing! Now they can't get there head out and realize the community is struggling because they are never open! I've had to go two days without a much needed prescription because I didn't get to the window before 5pm. What pharmacy is only open M-F 9-5??? I'm switching pharmacies!
