Customer service was poor, I didn't exactly feel heard and was told almost immediately that nothing could be done. Nothing was done.

I called corporate on 4/2/25 & they said I had to go into the store. I went into Medford from Sunny Valley an hour away on 4/2/25, they said I had to call Financial Services. So I went BACK home, another HOUR drive, called Financial Services, they said I had to go INTO A STORE! So on 4/3/25, I went back to Verizon in Medford, another hour drive!!! At the store, I told them what was going on and within 10 minutes Quentin Antionet and Gio Clemons had solved my problem! Quentin & Geo deserve a RAISE!!! They did what Corporate & another Verizon member couldn’t! I wish ALL of your employees were as efficient as Quentin & Gio!

Customer service so bad, I walked across the parking lot and switched to AT&T. Saved me $200 dollars too. Something I wasn’t planning on doing till that very interaction.

I have NEVER had the dismal customer service and attitude which we experienced today at this store. In fact, we left in less than 4 minutes. The representative was so rude to my husband. Never looking at him
Not answering a question. Didn’t seemed bothered to actually do his job. It was obvious he thought he didn’t have the time for an “old guy”. Told him he didn’t need the upscales iPhone. We left and went to the Verizon store by REI. Way more professional and knowledgeable than

Not very helpful and the employee didn't even want to look up from the game on his phone to help me. The employees need customer service training or to find a job they actually enjoy.

I had received a message that I had a Verizon account in collections, even though I have never had a Verizon account before, been with T-mobile for years. Went into a corporate Verizon store at the suggestion of a friend who works for Verizon who said the store could do something about it since I didn't want it to affect my credit.
I didn't even have a chance to get the employees name or anything before they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and to just call the fraud department. I understand that they won't make any commission off my situation, but saying there's nothing they can do and not even trying when I know otherwise is rude.

Verizon is not worth your time, energy, or money. "Visible" has been much better to me, for a third (if not a fourth or fifth) the price of Verizon, with no hidden fees, and no poor service full of AI and robots.
I don't mind AI for customer support, but theirs sucks, and is also extremely inaccurate, and incredibly pushy. They will tell you they've got discounts and freebies for you, and then surprise you with hidden fees. They will give you phone numbers to help solve things that will be absolutely useless.
They have just robbed me of my entire paycheck (although I had service with them for only a week, and have since canceled everything) in hidden fees, and creating issue after issue in the way of me being able to solve anything.
This place and this service is not worth it. Go somewhere better. And good luck :')

Guy with the Greyish brown hair has weird customer service interactions. Very uncomfortable environment, do not like him at all.

I took my grandson in to this store.. it is a corporate store so one would think they would act like professionals. But not only did Verizon take money out of an account and the order isn't approved yet. That is theft! Period! The store reps acted as if it was our problem and we just had to wait. Nope! These people are rude! Verizon? Yeah, I am so disappointed I will never send anyone to you ever again! Bad! Bad! Bad!

I have a iPhone 14+ for the last couple weeks/ months. I have had problems with my cell phone hearing up, unable to make or end calls, the screen freezing, unable to even turn the darn thing off. Over that span of time, I had communicated and asked for assistance with the Call center, IT, and both stores (Center and Central) located in Medford.
It was only after going to Deltawaters. I was finally able to get the assistance that I had been requesting for quite some time.
The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also think he noticed my disparity and frustration and quite frankly how I was going to lose my ____.
The manager welcomed into the Delta Waters Verizon store and the manager quickly assisted me with my problem. He did some button code on my phone and then explain to me the cache and short term memory, and how it can affect a phone.
I was unaware of all of this, and I’m guessing the other associates were too (both local Verizon stores and Verizon CS). I think I was there less than 15 minutes.
I HIGHLY recommend the Deltawaters store and their management in Medford, to anyone with Verizon or wanting to have Verizon as their service provider!

Showed up outside of the Delta waters Medford, Oregon Verizon shop because my phone wasn’t working. The man inside was late opening the doors and saw me outside waiting, but took his time and did not even apologize when I walked in, but said he had been opened which he had not because I said to him I was standing outside and your door was locked so how could you be open. And then said I should leave because I was being rude. I said excuse me I’ve been waiting here because my phones not working and I need service. He got extremely rude with me and told me to leave. I took his photo and said that I will be reporting him in case Verizon cares how he is treating her customers. I’ve never been treated so rudely especially when he was late opening. I had to go to the other location instead to get help. This is a horrible experience. I’m very disappointed that Verizon was hire someone so incompetent and rude.
I’m leaving. I took a photo of him because he was refused to give me his name when I asked him for it.
