Whether you need a new phone or just need help this is the best Verizon store that I have ever been in. They are so helpful AND nice about it. They explain how to do all those things that you are wondering how to do and if you don't get it the first time they stick with you till you do. David helped me and he is great, so patient. Try this store, you will be glad you did!

David was the most amazing rep ever! He tolerated my back and forths, my gazzilion questions and made sure I would get the best price for my buck. I even came back when I knew he would be in because I wanted no other rep. This guy deserves a raise!

My mom had gotten an iPhone 15 recently from another carrier. We went into this location for multiple accessories needed. The Employee helping us was named Jeff. I’d told him our whole list of things we were in need of. He helped us effortlessly. He was very informative, funny, nice. Great guy. We appreciate his patience with us. We needed an adapter for an aux cord, the store didn’t have one at the location. He phoned up the other location and they had one left, he specifically reserved it for us. So after him putting on our screen protecter for us and the phone case, all we had to do was pick up our adapter at the other location and be on our way. Once again, great guy, employee, and location!
