Vapor Legends is a gorgeous, well stocked store, stocked with all popular items including a very wide variety of the best juice.The owner Chad is doing a bang up job of providing everything to meet your vaping needs.I've been a customer since 2015, far as I'm concerned Vapor Legends is the only and best game in town.

I travel weekly to Medford to work, and Vapor Legends is the easiest vape store to get to from where I'm working. The service is outstanding, and the product selection is top notch. They always have what I need to stock up on. The rewards program is also worth mentioning. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and the prices are definitely better than what I can find in Douglas County. Bonus points for the adorable and well behaved doggo that always greets me at the entrance. I will continue to patron this establishment. Highly recommended

As a very loyal customer they have not been loyal to me. I have purchased many many things at this store. Their prices are higher than most places but because I liked their dog in the store and the owner seemed cool I continued buying from them. My vap had a malfunction (a little after 30 day and looks brand new..) and they said no they wouldn't return or exchange. No working with me or my loyalty to them. I Do No recommend shopping here. With the amt I spent at this store I am disappointed with them. Unless you are willing to throw money out the winder often I would not recommend shopping here. The staff is not real willing to be helpful and often sells the wrong products for the device you have as well.

Wow , they are awesome there.i couldn't find the correct coils for my geek vape so I called them and just from the disscription she knew which coils I needed and had them in stock !!!!! Great place, great people !!!!

Who sells a nicotine free product to a nicotine user?This place. What a waste. And it destroyed the pod that I also bought that was the wrong pod in the wrong box. Who sells a product that doesn’t match the description on the box? Just something like it?“This place”. I’m so mad right now!

Amazing customer service, great vape shop with a great selection! I recently lost my Caliburn G2 battery and could not find it anywhere locally. The owner was so nice he offered to trade the un-opened pods and coils I had for the G2 for another Caliburn system they had in store. But not only do I really like the G2, I had recently purchased 10 packs of coils and 5 packs of pods about a month earlier for the G2 system, so I graciously declined. After calling every shop I could find between Medford and Kalamath Falls I thought I was out of luck. Then I called Vapor Legends again and asked if they'd be able to order the G2 unit by chance. They said "Sure!" and even in the carbon black color I initially was looking for. The pricing is great and they really went above and beyond! I'm looking forward to picking up the G2 when it arrives and will recommend Vapor Legends to anyone asking if they know of a great vape shop in the Southern Oregon area.Thanks again!Brennan
