You’ll go here because all the other offices are closed and they will refuse to help you because they don’t like the way you talk to them. However you’re having a panic attack because you can’t get your medication that keeps you from having the attacks. Why? Because they charged you $40 to replace your mail keys and then gave you the WRONG key. But that’s not the best part. Then the post office randomly decides after that to list your address as VACANT. You didn’t curse or yell. Just had a stern tone. The lady at the desk will try and one up you by saying she’s on the same kind of medication. When you quip back to her attitude and unprofessional behavior she will decide not to help you because you called her out on it. Then when you ask for supervisor information they refuse to give it to you. And the number you get for the other office goes to voicemail that’s full. So you go back in to ask for another number. They claim it’s the only one. So so professional here. Will be filing a major complaint about this location and Tim. But Tim wouldn’t give me the woman’s name. Not going to stop me from complaining about her or the way they were blatantly discussing me in front of other customers when I came back in. Avoid at all costs.

I sent an item thru here to a customer from ebay and the item was at this facility for over a week and when the package arrived to my customer someone had opened the package and stole the contents inside tapped it with 1/2" scotch tape and delivered it with a stamp claiming it was empty. It was weighed at my post office and contents was in it when it shipped and was when it arrived at this facility! There's a theife in this facility! I'm now out my money and my customer is out their item! Terrible place yall have here! Yall should clean house and get new people in working there!

I’ve owned a small apartment building on 9th street for about 20 years. I’ve lived in the building myself for four years, and have had nothing but good experience with the service and the carriers. Today however, I was outside when the carrier came by. I asked him if he was the regular carrier, he said yes, and I asked him if I could have 30 seconds of his time to look at my gate latch. As I’m trying to explain that the gate gets left open a lot by whoever uses it, besides the tenants, as they know to make sure the latch closes when they come and go. I have a fence and gate on one side of my complex for privacy and to deter neighbors and homeless people from using my property as a shortcut from one block to the next. I was trying to tell the carrier that the gate latch closes and sticks sometimes, causing the gate to just bounce back open as someone shuts it behind them. I was trying to ask him if he could just make sure it’s latched shut when he closes it behind him. I say “I was trying,” because he immediately became rude and defensive, stating that he never leaves the gate open... , how nobody else would even go through a gate to deliver the mail, and wouldn’t go all the way around the block to come in from the other, non fenced side ??♀️... . I finally said, “this isn’t personal... .I don’t know why you’re so defensive... , I’m not upset. It’s just that delivery people don’t know not to just push the gate closed, but to make sure the latch catches and closes as they leave... . He then said, “No, I’m not going to do that. I already do you a favor by delivering your mail, and now you’re wanting all this other stuff too?!” He said I was acting like he was a child..: , saying, “I’m not stupid, I know how to use a gate latch... .” Then proceeded to tell me how stupid my latch was... . I told him I’d had the building nearly 20 years, and this was the first time I’ve ever heard of there being any issue. “That’s not true,” was his response, and begun to dial his phone for someone to talk to me. I told him I’d talked to the post office before I built the gate. It’s not to enclose the yard. The other side is wide open. Pets can’t be closed in, and my pet policy is that they ate leashed, even to take them out for a walk, so posed no threat to delivery or service people. He continued to be rude, telling me he didn’t like my tone, treating him like a stupid kid... , then walked away. I’m not sure what was up with this delivery man. I’ve shown the Fed Ex guy, my plumber, housekeeping, the grounds and maintenance people... , the same trick with the latch. This was the only negative response I’ve ever gotten. Bad day, childhood issues?? I don’t know. But we all have them. Whatever it was, I didn’t exactly appreciate being regurgitated on by the mailman today... , just wanted my gate latched when peops leaves ??♀️ Good grief ? I think somebody needs a hug.

they keep delivering mail that's not mine and put trash in my mail I just keep returning it my mailbox for my mail only not for trash and spam mail

Tried calling to speak with a representative about Mail theft in my area! Wanted to inquire about Locked Mailboxs. No answer, called 1-800 number. Waited on hold for 20 min. Just for her to tell me they do not have anything to do with this issue. My Packages are being Stolen and my Personal mail is being Taken! Who knows what they are capable of doing with it!

If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would. Ever since Trump appointed the incompetent and unqualified DeJoy, the reputation of USPS has taken a dive. Service is extremely poor. Phones are never answered. Automated phone service does not address complaints. No one cares whether you get your mail and packages. Companies across the country need to boycott USPS. It's worth paying more for better service.

I walked into the riverside location on July 17, 2023, they seem to be moving quickly, but very unhappy to be there. The guy wearing the big cross necklace with tattoos was very rude and had an unapologetic attitude about his customer service. I'm not upset about being inconvenienced, I'm upset about the delivery content inwhich you inform your customers about doing a change of address online. USPS needs to do a better job about hiring people in customer service! ?
