I was at this location 1750 Delta Waters Rd #100 and felt it was an uncomfortable experience. Walking in is whisper quiet, I say my information and it is heard by everyone in the store. The service person who showed me phones seemed rude and annoyed by me simply asking some questions. Also as a multiple year customer with the same phone I told them how the phone I was using was slowing down significantly even after a reset, they showed me phones I 'qualified' for even though the sales were the same thing I can get online. I really didn't feel like I was someone who was either respected or valued as a customer. I'm sure the person reading this also won't care either because it comes from the top down. I will be canceling my service soon and do not intend to go back.

US Cellular is for the people they provide you with plans that provide a cheaper, monthly and plans that can give you discounts on phones. The people there are friendly and want to help in any way they can. They make sure to get you everything you need and try to make a reasonable phone bill in the process.They smoothly help me port over my phone number and even got me a sweet tablet and watch to go with it. I didn't think I needed it, but they found that some of my interests and hobbies work well with these.The whole staff is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely will be taking all of my business there.

After being a long time customer to this is store I felt it was time to write an honest review. Today was the last time I will step back into the Delta Waters store! None of the employees story’s or knowledge match up, very condescending attitudes. Incorrect account information, messed up bills, and now given 3 different story’s about watches. To top it off I passed on info from Apple and was told by the manager that Apple and I were both wrong and should sort out my facts to be true. Good luck with these clowns….! What customer service?!

Katelynn Rodriguiez is a QUEEN!!! ask for her bc she will do everything she can to save you $$$ we <3 Katelynn 10/10EDITED: I had to change my review unfortunately. the employees at this store are very nice, but they can't do much as far as customer service goes, and calling customer service is the worst experience I've had :( my bill was way over what we talked about/agreed upon in store and after endless hours on the phone/ being hung up on etc, my bill still wasn't what was expected. and the wifi was supposed to work in our area, but is terrible and won't work with LTE, which they won't fix or return since its been 2 months now. so we are locked in for years with bad wifi unless we pay a few hundred to cancel. this is the first bad review I've ever written. even though this store has kind employees, do not risk working with US cellular. you can't trust the prices, and then youll have to spend hours of your life fixing it.

I had a great experience here at the US Cellular store, Peter was extremely helpful and took extra time to help find the right phone for me. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service is excellent. I am very satisfied with my visit today!

I just purchased a new prepaid phone and service plan. After going through 3 other carriers that said they had coverage in my area but did not. I had actually been in briefly a couple of days before hand, checking on the prices. When I came back in the same sales person was there, greeted me, remembered me and the products I had inquired about. I can't remember her name but she went above and beyond to answer my questions, gave GREAT customer service and her personality just "SPARKLED"! Thank you for the great customer service and making my visit virtually effortless. She should get a bonus, just wish I could remember her name.

Waited 45 minutes just to get a SIM card replaced. While waiting you could here customers being refused assistance transferring personal data from the old to new phone they just purchased saying it’s against store policy. Agent wouldn’t even assist in showing them how to back up their old phone to make sure the new phone had all current material. Store only cares about the quick sale and not the long term. Sis-q treats their customers for the long term. I’ll only go back to them.

Just wanted to say how awesome Ryan H is at the Delta Waters Medford,OR 97504. Us Cellular Location, He helped Myself and My Mother today August 7th 2021. I absolutely Hate getting an upgrade or new phone, but needed too. He was Kind, Helpful, Friendly and Knowledgeable. I would definitely Recommend this store. Especially after having a couple of Bad experiences at the White City Location. Thank you ?

My wife and self have been UScellular customers for 25 years and my multiple experiences at this one have been the worst. If you get the right person you are good but most of my experience's revolve around Jeremy. This guy is condescending and does not want to help after he gets the commission for selling you your phone. I have a 2 month old phone that has been a problem. I went in and told him I had enough of it and wanted a replacement. almost with a smile he told me it was to late to do so. He also told me I should deal with either tech support or Motorola if I have problems in the future. It makes me angry he made money off the sale of my phone. The two star rating would be one but he reset the system and my phone is working again but for how long I don't know. After talking this over with my wife we may shopping for a new carrier,.my daughter reccomended AT&T we will be checking them out.

This store offers the worst customer service. It seems to all about the commission check and less about the customers need/wants. Especially when no other employees can help you after someone else has already helped you because you are “their sale”. Very disappointed this is how US Cellular is represented
