Carlos was great today! He helped me pick out an iPad and he set it all up where it would be coming directly out of my banking account just like my phone. I was really impressed with Carlos. Went to US cellular today and was helped by Carlos who did a fantastic job. Been with the company for years, but for the first time, I went in and told him what I was looking to do, what I needed and wanted to happen, and he made it happen. It was pretty awesome. He actually listened to what I said and heard what was important to me. And executed the plan, thanks Carlos job well done!

Carlos went above and beyond to help me switch carriers !! I appreciate his attentiveness, patience and his kindness !! I got great cell service now , a new phone and I am genuinely happy with everything after months of a nightmare with my previous carrier and not so good customer service !! Someone give this young man a raise already !! We talked about his goals for this company and I have no doubt he will be there in no time with how driven he truly is !!
