The young blonde girl pressured me for my social security number. I then told her it’s enough to look me up with my STATE ISSUE ID. When I calmly protested, the nice man with dark hair and glasses in the far left corner with the lower desk laptop, came in to save the day!! The young blonde CRIMINAL said that I could write it down “next time” if I didn’t feel comfortable saying it out loud (there were sketchy people RIGHT NEXT TO ME) i said actually your boss had no problem looking me up with my id so I’D RATHER NOT. She should be fired for phishing and he should be given an EXTREME PAY RAISE, considering the magnitude of the situation. This was June 9th 2023 at about 10am. Ross lane Medford Oregon to reiterate.

Super frustrated. The person I had an appointment with enrolled me in the incorrect account and I have now spent hours on the phone to fix her mistake. Don’t go to this branch. Also such a small place inside of safeway where you are given zero privacy.

Line was 10 deep when I arrived. After 10 minutes, i moved only one place closer. I left but as I was leaving, two more took got in line. I then tried the drive in tellers on Court St and on Front Streets lines were so long, I would have had to wait in an intersection. All this to try to cash a small check.
