/24 I went back today and there were different employees behind the counter. This evening the notary transaction was completed in a pleasant professional manner.Bummed tonight as I entered the store there were 2 associates working. I asked if they had a notary. They said yes. One patron finished and left the store. I was the only remaining patron with 2 associates. They then stated that the don't do notary after 5 pm. I was in the door at 5:10. It was stated that they were "short staffed". Then the female staff said well if it was quick. I replied it was 1 page and I needed the notarized paper so I can go to dmv tomorrow. Both staff members hemmed and hawed. They looked at each other clearly indicating they did not really want to help. I asked what time they opened in the morning. They said 8 am. Then quickly qualified that with, "no notary until after 9 am though..." Just bummed because even though they said they had a notary when I walked in they refused to provide the service that is advertised. No notes or hours for notary service on the door or google. Happy New Year!

Great customer service. I love going in this store. There is always friendly service. They are efficient and helpful, plus are always courteous. Sometimes they get busy and there can be a line but the staff is always working very hard to help. Thank you!

My mom had an Amazon purchase that she no longer had a box for. Amazon told her it was ok just take the parts to the ups store and ship it back. It happened to be a rubbermaid style tool shed. It was awkward and big with a lot of parts. The man that was in the store just stood there watching her struggle getting this stuff in the store, he didn't even get the door for her. She got everything inside and another man came from the back. He told her I cannot take that. She told him Amazon told her to bring it down there. He said no you need to take this stuff some where else. So she had to load everything back to her car as they stood there laughing at her struggle. No one should ever be treated so horribly as she was. She is 70 years old with arthritis in her neck and spine and has had multiple surgeries. We will never be back to this store and we will let everyone we know that is the worst customer service ever. How would they like their mom or grandmother be treated so poorly.

I have had a UPS box at this location for 7-8 years and believe there may have been a change in management.Recent experience:I was the last person in line so there were no other customers to help- they were unwilling to look in the back for an easily identifiable package that was time sensitive. It would have taken 10 seconds, they said it would take them an hour, and it actually took them almost 5 hours. I won't even go into the actual damages this negligence caused.I was told that "something like that" was not "how it works." Something like that meanining retrieving a packaging for a customer that specifically pays you to receive and provide them when needed, After speaking with them on the phone, it is clear that management is incapable of taking responsibility or acting like an adult. They specifically justified their incompetence by stating that they receive 100 packages per day. My company ships over 1000 packages and often receives 200-500 packages and truck loads of palleted packages/ products in a day. We could easily find a box that is LABELED and COLORED for immediate identification in a facility with hundreds of thousands of boxes- this UPS store is 1000 sq ft, there were 2 employees doing nothing, and I was willing to do this simple task myself.Lower all expectations if you have use this location. Happy to update this review if the business is able to commit to better business practices. I deal with UPS all over the world and have never encountered this level of ignorance.

Not only does UPS have insanely unreasonable prices for printing, and packaging, generally speaking, I never feel like I get helped when I use UPS. I always leave feeling cheated of my hard earned money, and the staff is usually unfriendly, apathetic and unhelpful.I have to go to Staples or another company to avoid $2-$5 UPS printing fee. I also have to go to Walmart to buy any packaging to avoid insane packaging fees from UPS. Seems to me like they could just sell material at a decent price.

The employees at this location are about as useful as a butthole on my elbow. After the app told me the package was at the store. 3 different employees argued with me and gave me excuses as to why it wasn't ready. Pretty much they would rather be on their cell phones then doing a minimal amount of work.
