I had to drop off a package from amazon. Amazon did not communicate very well how to get it delivered back to them. The ups employee that was very helpful. We helped us out get back to them. Amazon. Had very good customer service.

Sara v #235475. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding, I had an issue with the package I was sending and she explained the easiest and fastest way to get it done and even gave me the shipping document and said I don’t have to go through all that again. Just bring that same label they can scan it and send it. Saves me a lot of time Find friendly good customer service thank you Sara
