There will always be circumstances where a customer MUST speak with an agent, not social media. Hire some humans! Your machine doesn't recognize tracking info!

While the staff at customer care had done well for my fiance. The employed driver who was put on the route to deliver packages to his mom's place barely rolls up before saying the package is undeliverable. There have been past UPS drivers who would be happy to inquire if neighbors knew either him or his mom and leave the package with the neighbors. As there are 4 houses up here within walking distance. Everyone knows everyone. Lately, we don't even see the UPS driver, and generally, my fiance or his mom is home. So I kinda feel like the UPS driver is slacking off. As there has been nothing but notifications saying they have to drive from trail to Central Point for their packages because the UPS driver refused to do his job accurately.

Absolutely terrible. Their hours are constantly changing, so get ready to drive across town to be met with a sticker on the window with their current hours which will be different than their website AND google listing. Ridiculous.

Is it any wonder why this business has problems. How can you have employees standing around, but restrict your counter hours to between 1&5 pm by simply posting a sign on the door?

Package arrived in Medford at 4:30 at the time of scan. Was delayed due to weather. It was only raining here in Medford… called customer service and they told me I could go down and pick it up since it would be delayed THREE days later. Got there and apparently if it says it’s in a town it’s not actually in the town???? Makes no sense to me at all. Now I’m stuck without my package for an additional 3 days due to “inclement weather” in Medford. Like… this whole thing makes me NEVER want to use UPS ever again. It took 8 days to get here and now it’s going to be even longer because it was delayed.

I had no idea I had something coming that needed signed for. I came home to a notice to try the next day. Apparently they tried because there was a try again notice. No time or nothing. When I went to the ups track it said information about my package was not available. Now at the end of the day tody I get a voucemail telling me my package was being returned. Cannot caal the number back. Apparently UPS customer service doesn't have store number or hours or anyway to know anything about any of that. All I could be told was to contact original sender. How does a business not have contact info of where they partner with.

FYI their hours on Google are incorrect. They do not open until 1 per the sign on the door. This is the second time I have come here when the online hours do not reflect the actual hours.

Shipped a big package through them only for them to get the delivery wrong. Sounded out and spelled it for them but they still got the destination wrong. The package I sent is at the wrong location and when I went to change their mistake they did absolutely nothing to make it right. Don’t waste your time here like I did

Service was respectful and responsible. Package was delivered with care, and communication was clear! No complaints. Glad I got my computer in one piece
