I called in to ask a simple question. The first call rang and rang and then was followed by a loud beeping noise, nobody picked up the phone. So I called back again, which was answered by some lady that was extremely rude. She answered the phone by telling me how frustrated she is with me because I interrupted an important call. My question was answered with "well I didn't call you and I'm an independent franchise so you need to call the UPS 1800 number." Maybe you should get out of this buisness if it's such a Hassle to deal with a customer.

Like most companies, this store prefers the quick and easy customers but people with complex shipping needs should be able to rely on them, too. We went in-store twice (once to get a quote, which turned out to be twice what it should have been, and a 2nd time to pack) and then had this lousy experience over the phone. As an owner, I hope I would never
- talk over a customer
- yell at a customer
- hang up on a customer
Not good customer service at all and I hope Misty takes the time to reflect on her behavior and make some changes for our sake. Even though this store is closest to my home, I won't return.

My wife and daughter were in this store today , they came from Grants Pass and there was an older man working there and he was VERY rude to my wife over tape. If i could put zero stars i would. Do your job old man or go work somewhere else. Very bad service....

This is the worst UPS store I have ever used. They are not helpful at all.If you enjoy the DMV then this specific location is right up your alley, otherwise use ANY other shipping store. I say this as a former UPS store employee.

The 2 working were very nice and helpful. But I've never been able to return because they are always closed. What's the point of ups if you close when the post office does? Business hours suck.
