This office is a joke. Staffed by insulant, non-caring "government employees, who could give a rats ass about your delivery issues. After the third missing package, I visit this office to talk with them about the issues. Nick, the hippy looking rat with the unkempt beard and "I just rolled out of bed without a shower" look (odd as to what his name rhymes with) tells me the packages have been stolen as they have been geo-tracked to being delivered. I tell him, I am monitoring my computer for deliver updates, and no less that two minutes after showing delivered, I walk out to find.....NOTHING. First package, I accept it. Fast forward to the third missing package in a week and I not only smell smoke, I see the fire. You employ thieves. Get your shit together, USPS. No one cares about you. This is why we have FedEx and UPS. To take up the slack your agency has become over the last several decades.

Had a few items I’ve purchased get “missent” several times. One item came to Medford 4 times and then left! It was finally delivered yesterday. I just noticed it happened again with the item being in Medford this am and now it’s in Beaverton! Good grief!Our postal carriers have always been nice.

bring your pink slip as requested and picking up packages is seamless. I’m grateful for USPS workers. I’ve always had good experiences at this location.

Paid extra for signature confirmation, and the postman did not even bother asking for recipient's signature. Either they could not read "signature required" on the label, or simply lazy and ignorant.Tried calling the local post office, nobody answered, and their VM full.Typical USPS, they really need to take their jobs seriously!! It's our tax dollars that keep them employed after all.next time I ship to this location i would rather pay $$ using UPS or FEDEX

They won't answer or help you with anything you need. Got a redelivery notice without a number to use for the website. No one would pick up and now they are trying to charge me without giving me any information

This is the second time in a couple of weeks that a package was delivered to the wrong mailbox. This time I had ordered prescription eyeglasses online and waited 3 weeks for lab processing, shipment and delivery. Though tracking history showed that they had been delivered, they never arrived in my mailbox. No one has found them in 6 days. No one answers the phone at this facility and according to reviews the voicemail box has been full for over 5 years. If USPS were any other business they would be out of business.

This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. It's been a year and I still haven't received a cluster box key. I've called for weeks and only got the voice-mail which is full. I'd rate this place a zero if I I could.

We've moved into our new place mid September of 22, and still haven't received our mail keys. Every time my husband asked, he was told first it was going to be 2 weeks, and now he gets told "I don't know" Going out there every week or so to check our mail is getting ridiculous, never been in this situation before and not even sure who to talk to about the status of our key for our complex mail box.

The girl ta the window was incredibly rude she wouldn't give us the package because she didn't want to get involved with drama??? I'm not sure what she's trying to get at but she was incredibly unhelpful.

I have lived all over the country and abroad and never seen such a sad and strange excuse for a post office set up. Who decided this was acceptable?
