Twedells has been bailing me out of inconveniences, and “my bads” for over a decade!First met the Twedells towing and automotive shop company with my car in 2008, A/C died and their mechanics shop ( Hugo) fixed my Chevy Blazer up, and I was chill in the southern oregon sun all summer and beyond.Fourth of July 2016, my battery diedThey jumped me and had me on my way within an hour or so on the busy holidaySpring 2020 my tire was flat, they helped me change to my spare … “my bad” I didn’t have tools with me, but I had the spare tire!Fast forward fall 2022, they came through AGAIN pulling me out of a mud pit in a countryside pasture.FAST FORWARD AGAIN …. Spring 2023 Twedells to the rescue AGAIN, this time rescuing our tractor (JCB bucket ) from a very similar, BUT DIFFERENT! mud pit…Trust Twedells will do all in their power to help you out with their equipment.Give them a fair heads up, and they will gather their resources to bail you out, time and time again.

We are so happy we went to Trudell’s towing service! Jason was super professional, and went well above and beyond to help us. Al so came to help as it was a very tricky situation with two truck stuck on a snowy Hillside. Today I experienced both a good and bad moment, while driving south on interstate 5 approaching Medford, my 99' Corvette engine blew-up (BAD!) Having just moved here a year ago from So.Cal and not knowing my area location where my car broke down, I began calling towing companies reaching out for help. I felt very fortunate to have called Twedell's Towing who immediately dispatched a flatbed to my location with their help, and about 30 minutes later Jason Searles arrived, he really impressed me with his expertise in loading my Corvette. I have had a couple of towing drivers in the past who did damage to my car while trying to load it. I appreciate Twedell's Towing for their timely response and Jason's care in respecting my car !! Thank You !! I have also saved their phone number !!!
