Hugo and his team saved the day! Our company had technicians who traveled from So. Cal to work and at a jobsite. On the last stretch of the trip, our F350 kept overheating. Twedell's not only picked up the truck, they had a mechanic on site as well! Hugo was very professional and very communicative. Other than having to wait forever for them to return my vehicle they gave me a lower rate than what was quoted on the paperwork possibly because I got my car out within 2 hours of it being towed pretty good place

Late last Night my teenage daughters car had to be towed from Taco Bell drive thru. The tow truck driver was an absolute blessing!! It was quite stressful and he was so kind and quick. I never even caught his name but definitely the Best driver Ever!! So if you could make sure he knows how much I truly appreciate him and let him know that he really made my night!! Thank you so much!

After getting in an accident two days before my wedding, this towing company went above and beyond to remove my things from my car and hold on to them until I got back into town. Wonderful, friendly staff Thank you!

*** Use caution if your time is precious.*** The worst experience. Showed up to pick up a car that was towed last night, gate was open, tow truck had just pulled in. The driver drops the truck off the back and then leaves. He saw us, acknowledged us but just drove off with out trying to help us. Then we called the office to see what was up, and the lady said "head on over and we'll have someone meet you there." I've literally been for an hour and 1/2 and no one has shown up. I've tried to call the office and they won't answer the call. Now after waiting an hour and 1/2 they just called my buddy to tell him the tow truck driver is headed back to the office. So, really the last hour and 1/2 could have been spent waiting at home, rather than sitting here in their driveway. I've never used this company in any other capacity, but this interaction would not have me recommending the business to anyone. They have no customer service, and have been no help.

I have been using Twedells automotive and towing for 10 years now. They are always friendly and efficient! Brought in multiple cars, different issues, always left satisfied with problem resolved. Hugo the technician is straightforward and always takes time from his day to make sure i get the service I need. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend! Best tow/auto repair company in Medford, hands down!
