There is one really rude guy at this station. People spend money at a business for the product and the service. I advise you avoid this business in case you run into the rude guy and receive terrible service.

My experience at this gas station was phenomenal. It quickly became my favorite gas station and I was a regular there up until I moved across the country. Lance especially is extremely kind. The attendants felt like friends of mine and I was sad when I had to leave them honestly LOL. Great guys all around that work there and honestly the best gas prices in town on top of it? Guy working tonight was a legend I forgot my food on the top of my car he ran out in the road and got my attention to make sure I didn’t lose the food, 10/10 recommend this place, also best gas prices in town hands down!

I gave the attendant $100 asked for $20 regular he filled the tank up $84 dollars. I told him of the problem, then the other attendant tries to blame me. Saying didn't you feel like it was pumping long. I am giving them 2 stars not for the mistake. I am giving them 2 stars for passing the blame back on me. That wasn't cool.

i pulled through to this gas station on the corner of crater lake and squeezed between the car getting gas and the station to face the right way with the direction of all the cars. the older man ran up to my car screaming no as loud as he can and yelled into my face to leave. if there was a sign or something prohibiting me from going around the cats i would understand but with nothing it was complexly unreasonable for this guy to escalate to the extent he did screaming in my face and putting his hands all over my car. will not be returning. both guys very rude.

Surly, spiteful "service". Rather than ask me to move my car away from the pump, because the attendant was three times my width and I parked as close as I normally do, he gave me attitude, then insulted me for visiting his state from California, and didn't fill it. I hope he has a better day, because he sure took it out on me and customers don't deserve that for innocent mistakes like not knowing the attendant is plus sized and that the faded yellow lines on the ground mean to stay a certain distance from the pump. I would have happily reparked all he had to do was ask. Instead he chose to be rude and ill-mannered.

I don’t have the loudest voice and the guy was having a hard time hearing so I tried to speak louder and then he said as a suggestion to talk towards the person since it’s very loud out there and I said ok and he said “yes no?” And I said ok and then as I was driving a way he said (so I could hear it) “snotty little shit” worst customer service I have received at a gas station

Cheapest place to get gas anywhere around here, except maybe Costco. Never had a problem here. There's also the other location off Crater Lake Hwy that's a bit easier to get in and out of.

California customers, please remember that Oregon is one of only 2 states in the nation where the customer doesn't pump their own gas.That said, previous stops her have been pleasant. Station attendant extraordinary rude and condensending today.

I was a regular until yesterday April 27, 2023 around 6-7pm. Gas truck was there Along with lots of cars. I just wanted to use the bathroom. No place to park. So I parked where the employees park. I come out and this creep of an employee stopped what he was doing with his customer to try and belittle me because I wasn’t supposed to park there. I tried telling him about the gas truck and before I could finish he rudely interrupted me and start to threaten me. “Next time lady, I won’t be nice, I promise you”. Never going back again.Too bad because as an Uber/Lyft driver, I felt safe using the bathroom there. Apparently there’s a monster working there. A narcissist monster!!!
