Do not go to this company this company solo savers are terrible they sell lemons for three or four times more than valued on KBB. They sold me a lemon with four different tires each tire having two or more patches which is illegal, costly at $650, after I had to repair the radiator water pump back door that opens automatically worked fine slowly going up and slams down almost killing me. check engine light pop on soon as I drove past 100 miles headed home to California. they only sent a repair man to fix my radio, and they had some young kid. Sell me the car with a 500-mile warranty. Once i called about these things, I had to drive back another 200 miles, which voild my warranty, but still nothing fixed. as time passed, I kept going with the vehicle. I had a life crisis, which claims to understand I asked to pay the balance off the car so i can get it back Heather's No! we're selling it tomorrow, that's that. one year later, they wanted to sue me after they sold the car again to someone else. watch out people, this company is not for the working people they will mess your credit up and sue you to their best abilities. They need to make it right. Smh;
UPDATE as of today May 19th four months later after I made this post I get a email saying something about a court date they had without me suing me after saying they Sold the car but indeed didnt as the reg was still in my name for a year and still to this day. It's looking like the problem went from 2500 to now going to be $10,000 after rounding up for a van that was only worth $2,400 in the beginning before, after all the repairs I made myself because they said it would be fixed but they never held there part for over a year the car is a lemon had check engine lights them fixing the problem was unhooking the battery then telling me it was a tire light on. they are the worst ever, they started me at 25.99 APR which is a rip off i didn't have any idea what that was and they were terrible about breaking it down they as (Robin) who they fired after this said oh it's just 75 bucks added to the total of the car which is included and the 410 and that was a lie. the guy failed to say out of the 410 only $68 will go towards the main price so the rest was just fees they enjoyed So please people think about other places save yourself problems they will rip you to shreds and then do it again in court without you having any knowledge so do not go to these people they don't care. Soul Savers does the total opposite every single one of them are snakes, and that's not spam. 9-1-24 Here's an update. I got a garnishment letter through work for over 12k for this van they resold. 4 years later, they went around the letters from my bankruptcy and got different agencies to attempt to collect 9k and more from me over the phone. So this even with a new amount granted by a Oregon judge this judgment was granted without me being present or any knowledge no matter what I make they're taking 20% of my earnings for a vehicle I don't have and they resold. Total opposite of Soul Saving if you ask me.

I have had one of the easiest times with least amount of problems trying to get a car. Even when it comes to claims, Heather was very nice and supportive. Jason was very informative and helped me with two cars. I strongly recommend coming to sole savers if you are struggling to get a car and make affordable payments
