Stephanie never disappoints! I’ve had my hair cut by her since I moved to Oregon and I’m always happy with the results.For reference I have a lot of thin hair which is wavy to curly. She will usually blow dry and style.

Called to make an appointment and stressed the fact that I have very very long, fine thick hair. A TON of hair, please make the stylist aware. Asked for a wash, trim and layers, and for it to be dried and styled. I shared that my husband has been offshore for two months, was finally coming home, and I I was really looking forward to having it styled with curls to look extra pretty. Well, even though I also told the stylist what I wanted upon arrival, halfway through trimming my hair her next appointment arrived. She sped up, I got nervous, and asked about the drying and styling part, (and thr remainingtrimming part.) That is when I found out they didn't alot time for it, even though it was all down there on the books what I said and asked for. They were going to shoo me out with sopping wet hair, but I pointed out that it was freezing cold outside and I had other errands, which was WHY I had wanted it dried. I asked if there was anyone available to finish up and they said no.She quickly finished my trim, dried my hair a little, and then that was it. Then, the lady who rung me up and was aware of the situation tried to charge me what they had quoted me over the phone for all of the services, even the ones I didn't get and I pointed that out. Then she knocked off $5. I said $10 off, paid, and left, really disappointed about the whole experience. I rarely treat myself to things like this, and maybe get my hair done twice a year. I wish I had gone somewhere else where they took their time and did what I asked for. My trim is just ok looking. Sigh. . .

I had an unforgettable experience at the JCPenney's salon where I got my hair permed by Shelly. Unfortunately, Shelly's work didn't meet my expectations, and her attitude left much to be desired. Thankfully, Erin came to the rescue and displayed a remarkable level of kindness, compassion, and dedication to fixing my hair. Her expertise and passion for her craft shone through as she worked on re-perming my hair. The result was nothing short of amazing – Erin gave me the best perm I've ever had! Not only was Erin exceptional, but the rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I'm grateful for Erin's talent and the positive atmosphere at the JCPenney's salon, making my overall experience a pleasant one.

I had an appointment and it was going to be pricey then other places I go to but really needed a haircut. Booking was online no big deal. Put in my information, ect but you also had to make a JCPenney account which I did not really want to do, but did anyway. Well I decided that I would cancel my appointment because I did but know if I could pay more then I what I usually do and because I have never been there before so no idea if it was a good place or not. But I tried like days everyday to cancel online and there literally was no place to cancel so I had to call and after many many rings a human answered and I said I could not cancel on the app and they said that was familiar. What?! Why do you have to make an appointment on line but cannot cancel on line? ! Perfect sense NOT.

Stylist cut my hair way to short, I asked for a shoulder length with an undercut and it’s now to the bottom of my ears. unfortunately I wear glasses and can’t see much without them so I couldn’t see her going in so short. The stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted length wise or with the undercut at all.Service: Haircut

I showed up here on a super short notice to get a touchup on my style before a holiday cookout, and Tyler did a fantastic job listening to what I needed touched up as well as suggested a particular kind of a fade on an undercut; the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely come back here again. There was something wrong with the phone system and getting through to make the appointment was a challenge so I just showed up; I do recommend making an appointment!

Thank you Sammy for the wonderful hair cut! (I went in after receiving horrible hair cut some where else. I had 12 inches cut off and never had short hair before). Sammy was able to create exactly what I originally had in mind, she added so much layer and volume with my flat fine hair, it amazed me! I for sure recommend her and will definitely come back! Thank you Sammy!

I made an appointment for a spiral perm and a hair cut . I was there on time and waited a half a hour and the receptionist came out and said my stylist was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until June 3rd. No other stylist could fit me in either so , practicing what I think people should more often,,,,,,,, trying to be kind, I asked for an appointment on June 3rd at 11:00 . Well June 2nd, Instyle inside JCPenney called and said they didn’t have a stylist again! The receptionist said can you? I cut her off and just said no I will find someone else. have a good day. Wow! amazing they stay open ! Very unprofessional!
