Came in for a basic maintenance. Before leaving had a battery issue. They replaced the battery and had me on my way in less than an hour. Great folks. Always kind and professional. Will recommend!

We were in town on a real estate project and my GMC Denali Truck needed a basic maintenance SIMPLEPicked vehicle up after repair and now it’s showing misfire on cylinder 7. !!!!What happened is The Auto Lab LLC stripped out the spark plug well and tried to add a heli coilBAD NEWs from the GMC dealershipAVOID THESE BOYS- they are playing grown ups and make costly mistakesMY MISTAKE. I have been to the Auto Lab several time's to have maintenance and other things done on my car. Matt and Nick are the most friendly and kind men. I've spent time in their office while they are working on my car. They are so kind to and respectful to the customers on the phone and when they come in. The patience that they show to customers is wonderful. They always tell you up front what the cost is going to be before they take the job on. Which I really admire. I would and have recommended their shop to several people. Keep up the amazing work guys.

That this auto repair shop is a cut above the rest, the staff was very professional not to mention were very fast and family operated. That I used to get my auto repair and intoxalock work done by other shops but they were able to help me fix and repair issues that the other repair shops had created that I plan on being a long time customer very satisfied and very affordable thank you again auto lab!!Service: Electrical repair

Honestly, there's absolutely no point in ever going to another mechanic! Ive been here several times. Matt, the owner, doesn't scam, he's very authentic and genuine. Not only that, he's very knowledgeable, educated, down to earth and informative regarding your vehicles needs! Nick, his son, is amazing as well. The youngest son cones in and even helps sometimes. I first discovered Auto Lab LLC through the unfortunate event of a DUI IID Installation due to it being the Official Intoxalock Service Center , however, my service and hospitality with the owner and his two sons has been AMAZING! This is also my first car so naturally this is my first auto shop and I am grateful to find one such as this one.
