Premium home decor, with superior customer service. They not only have access to all of the desired furnishings with a deep textile library, but they are also extremely knowledgeable about the history and trends of styles. The patience and joy that they took in helping me to find the perfect sofa that fit within my family's diverse needs was incredible. Highly, highly recommend.

Terra Firma did a fabulous job for me. Their office manager. Adrian, was very efficient and professional. My item was delivered on time and with great care. How wonderful to have such an incredible store in Medford.

We had Krissy and her team help us with our Ashland home a few years ago. We needed a lot of help! We absolutely loved everything they did and picked out for the house. They also knew we loved dogs and had a little dog light that we just love. She paid attention to all the little details. We also asked her to come to our house in Seattle. She and her team made it easy working long distance. They are true artists - we put all our trust into Terra Firma and it paid off. We are so happy with the work they did! We loved working with them!

Krissy and her team recently completed a complete install in the main areas of my home, and I cannot say enough about just how pleased we are with the results. Krissy and ML are gracious, charming and consummate professionals, each with decades of experience. I decided to avoid making the same mistakes I always make with decorating on my own (namely, lack of experience) and entrust the task to professionals. What a difference it makes! Having a design team with their own store / showroom doesn't hurt either. Definitely the go-to place for high-end, tasteful furniture in Southern Oregon.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience there. Purchased a pillow that had no visible price tag but was told it cost $79. Though I thought it was expensive for a plain, 18" sofa pillow, I trusted the sales person. When I got home, I found a "West Elm" price ticket of $39 inside the pillow. It was the (retail) price of the pillow cover, meaning that I was charged $40 just for an insert.I called the store back (twice), questioning the pricing but no one extended even a simple and basic customer service, courtesy call. I wasn't given the sales receipt and needless to say, will not be returning to shop there....Thank you for making it right, Krissy. I can't tell you how much your acknowledgement means. I will return to the Medford location tomorrow.I'm grateful for your integrity and professionalism.

I visited the store, and was ignored. Two staff were busy with fabric, and one was following a customer. After 20 minutes without so much as a greeting, I left. I called the store a few days later, and left a message. I received a call on Monday to discuss my project. I was told their hourly rate, which I agreed to, and was told that I’d get another call the following Monday to schedule a visit. That was a month ago. I guess they have enough business.

One of their employees backed a big truck into my wife's PARKED car and then LEFT. Krissy showed up with a note and their info. I talked with mark about the damage and he acted like he wanted to make it right with out involving insurance. mark ducked every attempt to contact him. I have some choice words I would say to his face if he wasn't a responsibility ducking coward. I have nothing nice to say about him. he owes me $1000 I would sue them if I had the time or energy, so I'll just tell every person I meet forever.

The only place in Southern Oregon to shop for quality home furnishings and professional design services! Krissy is the owner/ lead designer and hand selects every piece that enters her shop. Her excellent taste makes it easy to create a unique home. Everyone thinks I've traveled the world collecting pieces but the truth is I find it at Terra Firma Home in Medford! Krissy is fun and easy to work with, comes in on budget and on time and has an extensive network of manufacturers, vendors and tradespeople to bring any project together. I have worked with Terra Firma on many homes over the years and always have a wonderful experience and exquisite outcome. Thank you for creating spaces I love!
