So here's my issue with the grocery pick up and hopefully someone over there will read this review and implement this with their team of people one person will bring out multiple orders then they have to try to figure out which orders belong to which car that's your first problem then they come up to the side window instead of your actual window to look for the number on your phone. I don't like that I think that the people need to go to your driver side window and they need to be polite, just like Walmart does hate to compare it to Walmart, but they do better. not only did the young guy have multiple orders, but he gave me an item that was not part of my order so that other person is missing their item and he also crushed some of my lighter items with my heavier items didn't say goodbye didn't say hello, there needs to be some type of training on customer service and how to be personable. A lot of these young kids just don't care that's my opinion, so do better target! At this point, I prefer Walmart grocery pick up a lot more organized and friendlier people!

Been having bad experiences here lately and the store the last few months is just gross. Flowers are from Valentine’s Day!

Always the same. They have plenty of hair products and the Medford location has a Starbucks. So that's cool. Everyone who works at the Medford location is very helpful and kind.

The call line is awful I’ve been hung up on one too many times for it to be okay. You can’t even reach HR extremely unprofessional

I made an online purchase to pick up in store. Medford store was clean and organized. Staff were busy at the 'returns/pickup' counter but cheerful and methodical. My order was ready. Staff asked and then found a cart for me. professional service. will use again.

If the stores phones would work, calling all departments and the system hangs up on you before a person answers, it would have been a better review. The person at self check out didn't even realize I had clothing & the security tags were left on. Get home, 25 miles away, and have to return to get them removed. That is not fun.

Extremely negative store experience yesterday. As soon as I walk in there is a woman and her dog. It is a large dog, no leash, no service dog jacket. Nothing. Also, it is not right next to her, it is just loose In the Store. I avoid the area, walk out of my way to avoid the Loose Dog in the Store. I then call Target to tell them this, and I get the prompt to click 2 “for a list of departments” and then 2 for “customer service” AND it hangs up on me. I tried this multiple times and could not get through because when I followed the prompts it just hung up on me. So annoying! So I could not even report it right away. I got back up to the register to check out and the dog is sitting to the left of the check stands by itself! She, the woman, is at a check-stand away from her dog. Really?!However, what really Irks me is that I see the employees at the front of the store observing this and doing NOTHING. They did see it. So I go up to one of them (after the dog has left) and ask for the manager and it is her. She is the manager and she did nothing. I voiced my complaint and she said if she sees them again she will say something. Why did she not say something the first time?Does it take an innocent customer who expects safety and comfort in their shopping experience to get attacked, bitten or unnerved for Target to do something? A dog that is “friendly” and “does not bite” could. I am a witness to this. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Target is not protecting their customers.

I really like their wide range selections for their health & beauty departments. As well as their stationary/pen aisle. They're definitely thee best place to go if you want to see a variety of things. Which makes it fun. & don't be surprised when you buy more than you were expecting to. As always. Ha.

The girl at customer service is always mad.Every single time I go there. She doesn’t smile. Sometimes she doesn’t even talk. Sometimes when I do pickups I feel like I wasn’t even there or like I did something wrong. Someone give the girl a hug or something.

Target is by far my favorite store to shop at because of the wide selection of items and affordability of them. Sale prices are always exceptional, as is the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the store, and layout of items.

Target in Medford is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Mall. They have good deals on Health and Household Essentials, often including store credit through a gift card if you spend a certain amount, which is nice if you're planning to buy it anyway or stocking up. If I'm not sure where a product would be in the store, I can look up the location through the app. I also earn $ when I scan my free Target Circle membership QR code at checkout! I don't really interact with employees here since they are big on self check-out, but when I have to return an item I didn't end up needing, staff at customer service is always pretty friendly and easy-going.

Dressing rooms are always closed and they don’t always have a big variety of teen clothing almost every time I come there for swimsuit shopping. They are out of my size and if they do have my size, they don’t have matching bottoms or matching tops. Otherwise I would have rated this a 5.
