Why? Why is Target even still here. I only went for a simple auto department product. There was none. I mean no Auto Dept at all. Is it me or what. The shelves at this Medford location was busy with people but there shelves were very empty. It was a complete waste of time. Just looking for well anything. Then the recent self checkout thefts have made stores loose thier minds. The people there were very aggressive while I tried to figure out which ones accepted cash VS credit cards only. I have been to a few ok thousands of stores in my lifetime I would have figured it out on my own but the employees thought by screaming at me like I was up to know good instead of giving my wife a chance to correct me like any husband should..Love you Doll..Hated Target . Whatever your looking to purchase save the time and cash and go anywhere else to buy. So did I hit the Target? Whatever love to all wife's. Wheww

I will never shop at target again. I purchased several items online and was sent the wrong stuff. After a brief phone call, they sent replacements. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong items again. After another phone call, I was advised to return the product to the store for a full refund. The guy who helped me at the return desk claimed to be a manager and refused to refund my money. The items were literally delivered by FedEx 30 minutes before this encounter, Target customer service told me to take them back for a refund, and this guy says no. Then, he has the nerve to shut down the computer and walk away while telling me good luck. The items were returned before I left the store, I did get my money back, but I can't help feeling like this guy just tried to steal $135 from me. Never again, I don't repeat mistakes and clearly target was a mistake. I will be making a formal complaint.

I am very disappointed with your company's decision to roll back your DEI initiatives. For years you have profited off of pretending to care about diverse communities. And as soon as you saw an opportunity to bend to hate-filled voices, you caved. I will not be shopping at your stores as long as you choose to show that you do not care about diverse customers and employees, equal rights to ALL citizens, and including ALL voices and ideas.

When i called this afternoon. I got the customer service desk. The lady that answered the phone did not say target or something like that. I asked for the Pharmacy . I was told this is not the number to call. I asked for the number . I was put on hold for about 5 mins. When I was having the number she went to fast . I asked if she can say it again. Very rude she gave it to me.

I had to wait at the counter while 2 employees were just chatting off to the side, then another walked behind the counter and then another and not one acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes one of the chatters asked if I was being helped. I said no and she helped me. She then argued with me about giving me store credit or putting it back on a gift card. I purchased through the app with my circle card and a gift card, but the total purchase was well over double the gift card. I wanted it back on my card. She remained firm and I said it was silly since I used my card. She reiterated and I said fine, whatever you have to do then. Magically, she was able to put it back on my card at that point. It would have been difficult for her to seem less enthusiastic to help me.
