Extremely negative store experience yesterday 11/7. As soon as I walked in to the store there is a woman and her dog. It is a large dog, no leash, no service dog jacket. Nothing. Also, it is not right next to her, it is just loose In the Store. I avoid the area, walk out of my way to avoid the Loose Dog in the Store. I then call Target to tell them this, and I get the prompt to click 2 "for a list of departments" and then 2 for "customer service" AND it hangs up on me. I tried this multiple times and could not get through because when I followed the prompts it just hung up on me. So annoying! So I could not even report it right away. I got back up to the register to check out and the dog is sitting to the left of the check stands by itself! She, the woman, is at a check stand away from her dog. Really?!However, what really Irks me is that I see the employees at the front of the store observing this and doing NOTHING. They did see it. So I go up to one of them (after the dog has left) and ask for the manager and it is her. She is the manager and she did nothing. I voiced my complaint and she said if she sees them again she will say something. Why did she not say something the first time? She did not seem upset at all. Does it take an innocent customer who expects safety and comfort in their shopping experience to get attacked, bitten or unnerved for Target to do something? A dog that is "friendly" and "does not bite" could. I am a witness to this. Absolutely unacceptable. Taking my business elsewhere. Target is not protecting their customers.

Target in Medford is conveniently located between Interstate 5 and the Rogue Valley Mall. They have good deals on Health and Household Essentials, often including store credit through a gift card if you spend a certain amount, which is nice if you're planning to buy it anyway or stocking up. If I'm not sure where a product would be in the store, I can look up the location through the app. I also earn $ when I scan my free Target Circle membership QR code at checkout!I don't really interact with employees here since they are big on self check-out, but when I have to return an item I didn't end up needing, staff at customer service is always pretty friendly and easy-going.

Literally no one will ever answer the phone at this location. Pharmacy, Electronics, Guest Services. Every line either has you sit on hold for an hour or just dumps your call.

It's a big box store. They have online ordering and friendly curbside pickup, which is great. Product selection is adequate if you're not trying to buy your regular groceries there. Prices are acceptable.

This location was stocked and organized. Their aisleswere filled and employees ready to help if needed. We enjoyed our visit to this new location as we stopped in our way back from California to look for a #funkopop

Would give 0 stars if possible. This is hands down the most disgusting and disorganized target i have EVER been to. I am visiting family from out of town and dressing rooms were closed for the " safety hazard" of clothes stacked everywhere because employees are not putting them back on hangars or back on shelves. And what is on shelves is extraordinarily unorganized and tossed around. Nothing on the racks were organized in any kind of size or style order. Management needs to be replaced and this store needs an over haul by corporate immediately.

It's always fun shopping at Target. I always find things I don't need but end up getting. The curbside pickup takes way longer than it should and It's faster to go inside to get your stuff for online orders. Other than that, it's your typical Target!

Excellent location, close to the I-5 freeway. We were driving through Oregon and needed to recharge our Tesla, so we stopped at the superchargers and then I realized that we were next to Target! So while the. car was charging I decided to go into Target and do some shopping. Target has always such a good selection of everything, I also realized that Oregon has no sales tax, which was amazing for us, out-of-state people who visit. I was there during Covid, and noticed that staff was wearing their masks, and there were signs at the door requiring customers to wear masks, I also visited the bathrooms and they were clean. The Tesla superchargers are also very convenient.

Have a great electronics section and some staff do an excellent job but overall it's just kinda your average store, have been in a few times and staff have been rude but the electronics department has pretty much nailed customer service, can't say the same for checkout

I have been using the drive up service since November, which I have found very helpful and an amazing lifesaver at times. However what they did yesterday, is so inexcusable. So in order for me to not see what I got for Mother's Day my husband created a Target account and order my gifts that way. Do to lack of security at our home mailbox and the item not being able to be delivered to our P.O. Box he had to do a pick up order. So I had an order and he had an order to pick up yesterday. Then as I pull up they're always up at my window before I really have time to open my trunk and get my face mask on and same with this time. Then the associate is waving the expensive item, my husband had ordered, all around before I even had a chance to look away, which of course was my Mother's Day present and totally ruined the surprise. I have never had them show an item so I didn't even think of it, but she said it was because they have to verify high priced items. Okay, but don't you think you can ask if it's okay to show first?!? Therefore giving me a chance to look away while my husband, in the passenger seat, could have verified.

This is for the electronics department only. Absolute shout out to Clarence, Tyler, Lidia, and Jordan. I came in shortly before Christmas to ask about Nintendo Switches, since I'm totally inept when it comes to technology. These guys were so freaking helpful and knowledgeable (beyond superior to those lazy schleps at Best Buy). Not only did they answer all my questions, but they went above and beyond price comparing for me. I purchased the switch, and headed home. But....wait!!!! I got halfway home and realized I was missing $25 in cash that had fallen out of my cheap vest pocket. I called Target Electronics department hoping for a miracle! Lidia answered and said they found my cash! She promptly returned it to me when I went back in! This team is kick a*** super duper fly, knowledgeable, pro gaming, awesome possum associates. I enjoyed their customer service so much, I returned after New Years and bought another Nintendo Switch for myself. These cool cats gave me the confidence to enter into the gaming world as a middle aged mom! Thanks Clarence, Lidia, Tyler, and Jordan. You all deserve raises!

I went from going to target on a weekly basis to going maybe once every 2 months since moving here and having this as my local target. The shelves are never stocked, it's very disorganized, and there are boxes and carts everywhere all the time regardless of the season. I honestly have thought about posting for a long time but didn't until I went there today and once again had a bad experience. In addition, the girl at customer service was very unhelpful when I was asking about a diaper promotion. I was holding a 6 month old and had my 2 year old in the cart and she didn't offer to help me find the correct diapers or explain to me which diapers worked on the promotion. (Not to mention the cashier saying she was going to offer my 2 yr old a sticker until he threw his toy he was holding )

Stopped by here recently and was able to find everything I was looking for - household and garden supplies mainly. As this was our first visit, we noticed that the store was generally well-organized and that the layout was easy to grasp. Target was also well-stocked in the specific items we were interested in. We'll definitely return!
