Horrible customer service. I basically paid for nothing. No service. They would not meet with me to discus a solution. There is no words or phrase that would describe how negative I think of this place. Stay away at all cost.

I have been a commercial customer with them for 6 years have seen the growth and changes. They have made a large investment in new CNC large format printers and have always been helpful. I am a monthly customer and will be in the future. They make a great partner in business.

This review is not necessarily correspondent with their work, just mainly their organization. I happened to win a contest on Instagram that was randomly selected for a discounted wrap through them. My fiancé and myself had showed up on 2 different occasions and discussed that we would much rather re wrap the roof rather than a full wrap. Just for the simple fact of us purchasing a second car in few weeks. Measurements were taken twice on our visits because the first was lost. No biggie. But have been silent ever since (4 months). I still haven’t received any calls or DM’s for having the WANT to show their work on customers cars. As a business owner myself and a show car enthusiast, word of mouth does carry far locally. As busy as I am I don’t have time to chase. Nonetheless they’re great people just a tad bit unorganized with their customers. Or maybe it was me since they’re a newer shop I’m not sure.

I got a color change wrap from silver to gloss black on my 2011 BMW. They were very friendly and to their credit they fixed several things that were not right, but I did have to come back twice, which I am sure is not ideal for anyone. The head tech, Jordan, even came in during their off hours. My car now looks great. I recommend being clear about your expectations and to make sure the end result is what you want and expect. They seem to care about their customers and I respect that very much. I never felt like they wouldn't hear my concerns. Taylor and Taiai were also very friendly. Just research what you are getting done. Oh and know they will put embossed "Wrap World" Logo on your car too. Again, if you want a local group that will bend over backward to make sure you are happy, give them a try.
