although he couldn’t help me with my issue, which was a bent stem on my electric scooter because of a car accident. Someone was texting and driving. He was still very customer service orientated, and gave me a referral to another place that might possibly be able to help me which I found very awesome.

Billy at Street & Fleet is very in depth and doesn't cut corners. He did a couple pre purchase inspections for me helped me avoid getting a car that would be in the shop too often soon after purchasing.

HIGHLY recommended. Billy took my vehicle in the same day I spoke with him when every other place had week+ lead times. He was kind and extremely easy to work with, was able to diagnose and fix the issues I was having in only a day's time. 10/10 Service.

While car shopping from out of town I called on a Saturday after having quite a bit of trouble finding another mechanic to inspect a car I was looking to purchase. Billy was more than accomidating and was able to inspect the car on the spot. He also offered to followup later in the day if we needed even on a weekend after he left his shop. I feel lucky to have stumbled over his phone number. Very positive experience and I would highly recomend this shop to others.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

First I want to make clear that Billy at this business is a very reputable mechanic and my experience had nothing to do with him. However, his partner Joshua agreed to do and engine swap on my street bike for me and as this process took place he repeatedly told me I needed more parts that ended up on his bike when he said my bike needed them then not only did Joshua drag his feet for a year doing this frame swap but repeatedly gave me some ridiculous reason he could not finish it all the way up until he sold my bike for money and part trade! He lied and tried to tell me it got stolen but I found out later that he sold it and who he sold it to. I have contacted the police and this is an ongoing investigation.Service: Engine repair

Very thankful to find an honest, fair and reliable mechanic. Billy has taken care of our entire family of cars/trucks. He repairs things quickly with quality care. My car was cosmetically a mess and he put it back together. Repaired my window, door handle, back hatch and my transmission. Very fair prices and I had my car back quickly. Billy is fantastic to work with. Unfortunately my 5.9 diesel decided to take a break down. He diagnosed the problem. Replaced my motor for a fraction of what the other companies around town wanted and I haven’t had a problem since. I would highly recommend repair shop for anything you need. We were having issues with the air bag suspension on our camper van while on the way home to Seattle from the Bay Area. At a fuel stop I searched for nearby auto / truck repair shops and I am so grateful that I found this place. Called to see if they could fit us in to the schedule to take a look, they clearly communicated about timing and we’re able to get us in and out in less than 15 minutes (our problem with the van thankfully was an easy fix). I’m confident that this shop will provide friendly, fair, fast service to anyone that comes across them. Thanks again!

Billy is the most genuine and honest mechanic I have ever met! <3 He was so honest with his recommendations on what to do with my van issue, even if the outcome didn’t benefit him. He took me in the next day and was very attentive and personable when taking care of us and our vehicles.
