Stephanie sold two homes for us recently. Having worked with several realtors over the years, I can honestly say that working with Stephanie was the Best. She works hard and always keeps you informed. She is extremely knowledgeable about laws and was very helpful getting us back on track after dealing with a dishonest “buyer” and their nasty agent. She really protected us by screening interested parties so we wouldn’t have to go through what we went through previously. She always returned our calls and answered our questions. Stephanie is very affable while still being professional. She discussed the current market conditions and helped us understand the value of each house we toured. She was also very patient with us. We did a lot of independent looking via Zillow and she never tried to pull us in the more traditional direction. We worked with her for several months remotely while our house was listed for sale. She was always quick in response when we reached out to her, and always willing to help. Stephanie delivered a first class experience from beginning to end.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She was always willing to meet us when it was convenient for us, and we have a crazy schedule. She helped us navigate these crazy times in real estate, between COVID rules, and the fact that so many houses in our price range were going pending within 48 to 72 hours. She was incredibly patient, and did a great job explaining the real estate industry to my former car salesman husband in a way that made sense to him. She helped us find our forever home, and for that I will be forever grateful!

My husband was offered a job March 1, 2020 in Medford just as the Corona virus was starting and we had no idea how hard moving during a pandemic was going to be. The housing market was in chaos with home viewings severely restricted so Stephanie enabled us to view homes remotely going to listings herself and providing us with virtual tours because travel was shut down entirely. Our home in Colorado sold in one day which gave us only one month to find a new home, vacate ours and move our entire family 4 states away! Stephanie calmed our fears, kept us on schedule and navigated the chaos to make sure we met every deadline. She found a mortgage broker who got us an incredible 2.5% 30 year loan and could meet our 30 day closing deadline. We were frantic with moving deadlines looming but Stephanie’s knowledge of the area and real estate expertise allowed us to find a home that not only met all or needs but had an incredible location and was in our budget. When our moving company cancelled 2 days before our move Stephanie saved the day by negotiated an early occupancy so we wouldn’t have to find lodging during Covid with 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 horses and a parrot, amazing! Stephanie’s tenacious negotiating ability, get-it-done attitude, intimate knowledge of Southern Oregon and years of real estate experience enabled us to find our dream home and she will do the same for you. Thank you Stephanie, we are forever grateful.

I just don;t know quite where to start? I have known Stephanie for several years. I own a pest control company, and Stephanie has used me to solve issues with home sales. She has always been great to work with and she get's right to the point and appreciates my input and solutions to any home she is involved with the sale of. She has a great sense of humor and she makes every interaction a great experience!Then it came time for me to buy my own home. I work with a lot of realtors in my line of work, so when it came time to pick my realtor it was a no brainer. She is just amazing in how she makes the process fluid and easy to navigate. She is always there anytime I would call or text her. She made me feel like I was the only client she has at the time! I can't say enough good things about her. If I could leave a million star review I would! If you’d looking for an agent that knows her business, the area and will get things done then Stephanie is your realtor! Stephanie made our house buying process incredibly smooth.. She even knew before we did that we found our forever home!Not only with her incredible amount of knowledge Stephanie is fun, patient and even took the time to help me figure out how many Christmas trees we could put in each house we looked at! I can't say enough wonderful things about Stephanie Walls! She came highly recommended and I am so thankful she was my realtor. I made and lost several offers before finding the perfect house for my family. But shortly after closing escrow the AC unit died. Stephanie stepped up and provided the necessary paperwork for the Home Warranty to cover it. She is devoted to her clients, long after the sale, and i recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
