Hannah is the best nail technician that I've had in many years! Other places make my fingers bleed from the nail file rubbing on my skin next to the nail. Hannah was very careful with me. The prices are really good too!

i had the most amazing experience here…i took my two granddaughters to get a pedicure and nails painted…they were so friendly and made us feel welcome…they went above and beyond for us…they even helped put the girls shoes on…i will definitely be back

This place is probably ok if you have low expectations- we did not have a good experience- had to get gel polish removed at another place later the same day because my daughter was in tears and leaving for Hawaii the next day- she spent two months growing her nails out and asked them not to be filed at all which the man seemed to understand so I went and sat down in the front- he ended up filing them and my daughter did not feel she could speak up- she was devastated. She had been talking about her Hawaii nails for two months and our regular person was out of town so we reluctantly gave this place a try. I don’t recommend.

They were able to accommodate 3ppl for pedicures semi last minute *and* get an extra star for having actual child size pedicure spa chairs, which I honestly didn't know existed. Beyond that, they were 'good'. By good I mean there's no actual problem with their service and the results look nice. But this is a very basic service shop. If you want a basic trim, file, scrub and paint, this place works.Very bare bones pedicure for $35. To add callus removal and hot wax treatment was $10 [reasonable]. There are no other optional add-ons other than gel [$45 for bare minimum gel pedi].Not impressed with hygiene practices. They don't use liners on the spas, and watching them clean up after... there was very little cleaning, poorly done. There was no cleaner, bubbles, gels, e.t.c added to the foot soak for hygiene. Just plain water.

This place is my all time favorite. My whole family and I have gone here for years and never been dissatisfied. They are so friendly and thorough. 10/10 would recommend ??

06/26/2023 - so disappointed in what I received. Total chop shop!! I left with chalky powder on my legs from the mask. My French manicure isn’t clean looking, I got a Mani and a Pedi, and they made me do the Manny at the chair, I had to lean across my self to get both arms. Unless you are looking for an In-N-Out chop shop that has zero pride in how it looks, go someplace else!Services: Pedicure

The lady didn’t really do a good job. She missed a few spots maybe some parts of the acrylic wider (i fixed that part sort of). she also made some of my nails really crooked and this was before prom night. she looked really rushed to do my nails I waited a half hour there after I scheduled my appointment. didn’t even cut my cuticles

The worse service I have ever had. Not only did the lady cut me with her actual nail and not a nail file but they wanted to tell me other wise, my daughter was with me and saw everything. I don’t get it. I went to school for nails and am new to Medford and I can not believe this place. Terrible.Service: Acrylic nails

This place is a 0 star took my wife an daughter to get a simple pedicure an a full set they didn't cut the cuticles around there toes nor did they get ingrowns out they went home complaining that their feet was itchy an hurting . When we first arrived they were completely rude didn't let my wife pick her nail size cut before so ! An another thing that really threw me off was when they soak your feet they did not put a shower cap over the tub witch is very disgusting and unsanitary will not be going back please ready reviews before going to this placeServices: Acrylic nails

The manicurist was not friendly and was kind of pushy about wanting me to get gel polish. She didn't look or talk to me during the manicure.
