Rates and time are not accurate. Owners and workers lie about time it takes to hook up the vehicle. 1 and 1/2 hrs to hook up 1 truck...☆After 3 days of accepting my fate and fault I can say my truck was safe here, and this company was respectful to me and my belongings. Thank you

He’s a horrible person and very unprofessional. His front desk woman lied or confused me with someone else and said I screamed at her on the phone. I never even spoke to her didn’t even know a woman worked for him. He screamed at me in front of my children and was confused about the entire situation I asked to talk to boss and he said he was the owner. I called my husband and after a talk with him a Jake who owns the body place talked to him he apologized and said his reception lady lied to him. Was awful experience after already emotional time. Use anyone else

Got my car towed same day was $990. I was told I couldn't get any of my stuff out unless I had to $770. That was just for the toe then I was told I couldn't get in onto my stuff because I didn't have a title and registration. I had just bought the car and only had the title until a cell. Meanwhile, I watch a girl who goes ahead of me and they give her her mom's car. When I say wait a minute. She's not on her mom's title. They tell me that her mom had someone called the police and talked to the police. They totally make up s*** on the spot. They totally make up the rules as they go. They are the shittiest f****** people on Earth playing and simple

Truck 48 in Medford Oregon didn’t stop at a stop sign, I’m going to have camera pulled where we were. I was stopped and he flew thru his. Then threatened to kill me “if you don’t go you’re going to die”. I have video. He almost hit me and my 7 year old daughter going thru that stop sign!

Just called today to get a car out of my parking spaceAnd sign says 24 hours. But they lie, calling corporate tomorrow.Guy on the phone today said they "don't move cars from private property." I didnt even say it was private property and they hung up on me. He was very rude.Don't bother calling, they won't do their job.

Any tow company that does not allow people to get their personal property out of an impounded vehicle is a PREDATORY TOW COMPANY. Period.This tow company does bad business...Like Gene Simmons says..... Any way you slice it-you know you can't deny it.And shame on the central point police department for knowingly contracting with a company that does this.
