I've been shopping with Staples for 40 years ever since I realized they were the most consistently reliable office products store I found. I needed dependability because I was a busy Organizational Development consultant specializing in psychological assessments used in hiring and leadership coaching and development, classroom training, and facilitation. All of that required a LOT of technology supplies including toner, paper, binders, tabs, etc. i tried to keep an inventory on hand but sometimes I needed really fast service to my door or at the store. Staples ALWAYS delivered. Staples employees are typically knowledgeable, warm, and helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find one but that has been getting better, I have noticed. I love that they recycle toner and I get rewards. All of this adds up to one very happy long-term customer.

Usually pretty good but today was not. Went to the print counter to get something laminated and some stamps made. Stood there for 20 minutes while they took back Amazon returns and three employees waited on one lady. Then they blantly helped a customer that walked in after me. Plenty of people working at the print counter too. They need some retraining or maybe there were far too many employees working at the counter and a few could be fired.

I would like to thank Joanne who helped me at the return and printing department. She, along with another employee who’s name I failed to remember, were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond in their customer service. They were smiling, friendly, professional and kind.Customer service like that makes it easy to want to go back to the store!

I absolutely loved shopping at every Staples I had ever been to until I moved here to Medford. I will not shop at this store again. Some time ago, I purchase a package of colored ink and one of black for my hp printer . Everyone knows they have to be locked up, which is fine. Anyway, when I got home to install them to my printer one of them had obviously been opened and replaced with an old cartridge. So I phoned the store and told them about it and made arrangements to come in to make it right. The very young man posing as manager at the time accused me of being a thief! He had the nerve to say I had bought it and put in the old cartridge myself and was doing this scam whatever....I was insulted and angry. I did eventually get back the correct cartridge I had purchased, but I will not go back to this store. I am a 57 year old woman who has never stolen in my life. Thanks Staples

We went into staples to purchase a fire stick. Took the empty box to the counter to check out. The man at the register was very nice, he called over the radio to Richard to come unlock the case so we could purchase the fire stick. Richard told the man at the counter he was too busy to come help and so the man told us it’ll be awhile if we want to wait for him. I laughed because I thought he was kidding, and he told me no he was serious Richard is unloading the truck, too busy to help and they’re short staffed. I completely understand being short staffed but, for what I’m assuming to be a manager, to tell customers to wait cuz he’s busy is very poor customer service, and just unacceptable.
