The folks as this very modern store are very helpful. T-Mobile needs to give more authority and access to their store personnel as I can get much of what I got there online. However, the guy who helped us, stayed for as long as we needed and answered what he could. Very helpful.

I canceled my account after a 15 day trial, I am still receiving auto debits to my checking account a month later. Online support would not help me, T-mobile has fraudulently charged me and several efforts with customer service has failed to resolve anything.

Chris was a big help switch over from Verizon didn't hold us very long showed us some great deals and now our bill is hundreds cheaper

I have never been treated so rudely by employees or a manager. The manager who claimed her name was Rosie, but had no name tag was extremely rude and unwilling to assist or help in anyway. It was obvious because I was a customer making a return rather than purchasing something she did not have time for me or the issues I was having with returning my equipment. I filed a formal complaint with corporate and highly encourage you to go with any other cellphone or Internet company. If you have to go with T-Mobile I suggest any other location than this one! From the number of one star reviews with similar complaints I can see in not the only one who feels this way!

My z fold flip was 1 day out of warranty which was a Sunday, I took it in to the retail store off of biddle rd, the people working there said no sorry we can't do anything about it, it's one day out of warranty!Pretty sad if you ask me

Alex very helpful and got t-mobile two new members today. However, when my 2yo daughter laid down on the floor in the store, my wife told her "I know you're tired but get off the floor please" Patrick turned to the customer he was helping and repeated what she said in a clearly mocking tone and laughed. T-mobile is the only provider with signal at my home, or we'd have left. Mocking one customer, to another customer, infront of her husband. Now, that's good for business!

Worst cell service ever. Cancelled and went back to Verizon.TMobile has dark spots everywhere that unables you to get service. Text messages don't get delivered or text are delivered the next day. Junk junk junk service.

Great service and friendly staff. Wait time typically isn't too bad considering it's a pretty small store. I recently went in to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and the staff there made if a pretty sonority transition. Only real negatives are limited seating available inside (1 bench) and no available Wi-Fi. The last one is slightly more important as it can take a while for your phone to be either activated or worked on, so I brought my tablet to get some work done and found out they didn't offer Wi-Fi to customers which was a bit annoying. Overall excellent experience though. Didn't know what to use as a photo so here's a picture of a toy duck I placed on one of the counters while waiting for service.

My daughter's phone stopped allowing her to make calls. After 2 weeks and several visits this location as well as Center Drive she was eventually told to "just go over to Best Buy and see if they can get ahold of Apple"... these guys have wasted so much of my kid's time, and then thought punting her down the road to a competitor "to see if they can help" was ridiculous and another huge waste of time. Besides their cellular service being nothing like is advertised, the customer service locally is trash. Buyer beware!!
