We loved our experience at Southern Oregon Subaru yesterday. Gabriel was great, so patient and helpful, as I had many questions and had a hard time deciding which car we wanted. He quickly found the answers for us if he didn't know them. He spent the whole afternoon with me, walking from car to car. Price, color, trim packages...oh my! Gab made it fun and stressless to buy a new car.
This will make our fourth Outback, all purchased at SO Subaru and we will keep coming back. Great service, willing to negotiate price and we never leave with buyers remorse. We are a Southern Oregon Subaru family.

So Bryant if your saying that the 1st time you guys didn't do what we asked that bill there was not refunded and the fact that you had the car for a year is another. We are just beside our selves cause you guys messed up the car and its unacceptable quality of service for us is what is the problem. We gave you guys 5 trys 2 motors and still have no car the heads were put back on using the existing bolts when in fact its muchly calls for new heads so im beginning to that the original motor only needed a timing belt. And to profit off us you took and ruined a prfectly decent vehicle. All we what is full refund of the work done on car and it would be nice to not make this go to the next level. WE have a 2002 wrx wagon it was my wife's first car that she bought herself and it went to the service dept and she told them what she wanted done to it. Five times it was returned for issues with the last one still in front of us. If the work couldn't be done right why take the job on. We had so many things happen and it's like we where the ones who where being ridiculous. This is a huge amount of money and time going back and forth. It's been 2 weeks since I left a message to get back to me and not a single call or anything else for that matter. Boy this is going to be a problem and we will see how they respond.

I went into SO. Oregon Subaru looking for a good, reliable used vehicle. Spoke with Cris first and then with Richard. Cris brought out the perfect car for me. We had a great experience here! We found a great car that we love, paid a really good price for it, and didn't feel pressured in any way. Mike was great - as was John and Josh! Even though there was a slight hiccup with the paperwork, they worked as a team to help solve the problem and help us feel like we were appreciated - even after the sale. Thank you so much!
