I had a faulty wire connection from a deleted TPS. It was confusing w/o schematics.
Miscommunication between front office and mechanic. Job not complete. However, they worked on it first in the a.m. trying to get me on my way to CA. They were honest about the work, not what I requested. Received full refund without any issues. Would use again. Thanks for being honest, and refund. ✌?

I am so happy to have found an auto place/mechanics that I can trust. All the people that I have interacted with here have been so professional, thoughtful and helpful in diagnosing issues with my car. They are honest and reasonably priced too! My AC was blowing hot air, and when I went to add refrigerant I saw that the gauge on the hose I was using was pegged. Took the car in to SOAC and they had it dignosed by the end of the day. The compressor's clutch had exploded. The compressor was a really odd one, but they found one and got it overnight, then had it installed by the next day. They flushed the system and put in fresh refrigerant, then tested the system for leaks and found none. Now it's blowing ice cold the way I like it! Can't thank these guys enough and will definitely taking my car to them if I need another repair. Friendly, kind and honest. Great people.

I went in to have my a/c fixed on my car and they made sure to call and let me know what the plan was. One of my hoses was leaking so they needed to replace it, but to do that they had to take off the bumper and it would be about 2 1/2 hours of labor. They quoted me for $808 just so I knew upfront before they did anything. They also said one of my tires was low and they would test to see if it had a leak and if it did, they would patch it free of charge. When I picked up my car, they said they actually came in below their original estimate, at $787. They could have easily charged me the $808 but the honesty is worth way more than the 20-ish dollars. Now I have cold air and full tires!
