Shareef was awesome. Good communication throughout, price at the end was as quoted. Had them do tires and an alignment. I will be calling him in a few months when I need tires and a possible alignment on my truck.

No one else in the entire Rogue Valley wanted to assist an international traveler (and not having to wait 2 weeks!) cuz "it's an outside of the country truck", but these guys SOLVED IT, attitude is what counts.

I absolutely recomend Southern Oregon Alignment to any and evryone. Fair prices fast time sincere care! It was $30 cheaper than les schwab! My car was rusted bad with a bad control arm. They did my alignment for free because they cared and didn't charge me for the alignment saying they didnt want to open that can of worms because of the rust it might have been one problem after another. So sweet of them! Thank you so much I am forever greatful!Service: Wheel alignment

I had a great experience here. They were super friendly. Did a great job. Really quick and easy to get an alignment. What I appreciated the most was the honesty and they were straight forward with everything. They went over follow up care and gave different options for different budgets. So like the saying goes. If you find a good doctor, stay with that doctor and same applies for car mechanics. I can't say enough about Bill, he did more than what was needed but due to technical difficulties he was ready to not Charge anything for his services!!!Who does that this day and age?? I will highly recommend him and will be using his services going forward!Thank you!

I called around to different shops trying to get my truck fixed and most of them wanted $200 just to look at it. I brought my truck here and they not only looked at it but didn't charge me anything because is was something simple. I'm a local business owner and I really appreciate how they took care of my truck needs. If you have a Ford truck, there's a tech that really knows his stuff.
