My shepherd recently became ill with an infection. While the treatment wasn’t enough to save her, the compassion and care that Doctor Cassie put into me and my sweet girl from her initial visit to her Euth will never be forgotten. Somehow the worst day of my life can still be marked as a good experience. Thank you all so much ❤️ Also, shout out Beth for your handling of emergency appts and triage skills.

The staff are so awesome. When l take my dog in for an appointment. He gets so excited to see them. They are great and l am so glad that they are here for my pet.

My wife and I have been using Siskiyou Veterinary for many years. They have treated 2 of our dogs and all three of our cats. I will always use them as long as we have pets.
The Drs are super and the staff is amazing
They are always Busy but never neglect their Customers. Very Caring Staff!!

We have been taking our dog here for approximately 7 years. She’s always had horrible allergies so we have been in numerous times to get help. The last time we brought her in our dog had a hematoma on her ear that was about the size of a golf ball. It was hard as a rock and she was very uncomfortable so we called and got her in. The vet on duty was just filling in and not only did I wait a very long time past my appt time, she was in a rush. I expected her to incise and drain the ear, but the vet instead just gave us steroids and put antibiotic drops in her ear. She said if not better come back in a couple of weeks. We followed the instructions and after two weeks the hematoma had damaged the ear so severely that her ear is permanently damaged and does not stand up like it should. I’ve had several follow ups with another vet who said they definitely would have had another approach. The ear has healed and become stiff and crumpled up and disfigured. If she bumps it accidentally she cries. This will be a permanent injury we will always have to tend to and maintain to keep her comfortable.
We never seemed to get the same vet twice so continuity of care has been non existent. We were not happy with the care our pets received there. We will not be back.

A very nice Vet facility. The office is clean and shows pride.
The staff and Doctors are professional and friendly.
They care about our pets and they know how much the pets mean to us. I am so thankful for their help. I do not believe you will find a better Vet Hospital in the valley. We thank them!!

I always receive competent, loving care for my animals. Confident of their decisions. The vets are all great. The office staff and vet assistants are so caring and friendly.

Love the staff here. They are very kind and resourceful! They are in an impossible spot. The entire valley is low on veterinarians. Seems like the staff here has been trying their best to take up the slack wherever they can.

I've been taking my animals to Siskiyou Veterinary Hospital since I moved to the area 15 years ago. Every vet, tech, and receptionist I have encountered have all been wonderful. They are ALL nice, pleasant, and most importantly, compassionate. I whole heartedly recommend them!

My very athletic yellow lab displayed a lip upon returning from her run in the park. I called at 8 AM the next morning and was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Mindy. She identified the issue as being the shoulder versus the wrist which is what I thought was the problem. We agreed on an action plan and I walked out with instructions on how to help my dog.
