Worst gas station tried getting propane today at 10 am said it was closed I ask why the manager said had no one to pump it so I asked him he was supper rude as I left he was outside smoking weed great place of business what a joke

If a nickel for a brown paper bag (that rips easily) is such a big deal, you should let people know BEFORE they pay. If it's important enough that you want me to dig around my car for a nickel, let people know BEFORE they pay. Put up a sign or something. Or...just be a decent human being and let them know that next time, it's a nickel for a bag. Sorry that you're working at a convenience store in your 50's...but don't take it out on your customers. Cut back on the weed and donuts and maybe your back and knees wouldn't hurt so much.

This place is a joke the manager is the most incompetent, miserable person I’ve come by. Nobody else’s fault your working a gas station in your 40s but your own. The gas attendants are nice and do there best, can’t tell you how many times I’ve been down there and workers have complained about managers not paying bills so there internet goes out and suddenly nobodies card will work so everyone that comes through is forced to use cash. Lazy to say the least

You want to make a big deal about a NICKEL for a cheap paper bag? Really? If it's that important, put a sign, or let people know. But instead you want to be all grumpy about it. Well then okay, I'm going to make a big deal about my interaction with you...I'm sorry you're working at a convenience store in your 50's, maybe you should've made better life choices. Attendant put gasoline in our diesel tank. Too busy talking about himself & his Dad vs paying attention to his job.My husband caught the mistake, 6 gallons too late.Manager (Tim) was off-site ( it was 9:00pm on the 4th of July weekend). When he showed up, all he could do was make calls to the "owners" or his supervisor. He kept telling my husband "I don't know what to do. No one wants to answer their phones"When we got someone with authority on the phone, Brad Wallace, he wanted us to pay for the tow, hotel and repairs and he would "split " the cost. No apology, no "we will make this right"....just more frustration from an already upsetting situation.Happy Wedding Anniversary to us. Our $70K truck OUT OF COMMISSION ?, stranded 1.5 hours from home and dealing with a company that employees horrific managers with zero professional and/or problem solving skills. They deflect responsibility and ownership with a pathetic " Oops, sorry bout that" attitude.Shell will be getting a blast of calls from us.

Wish I could give zero stars. Attendant pumped gas into my diesel. The managers offered no assistance to solve the problem.Tim, the station manager, who didn't want to give me his name, his employees were all to willing to give me his information. Same with Brad, the manager, that wanted me to pay for damages his employee caused; but of course they would split it with me down the road.Now my insurance company is handling it. To this point I haven't heard from any one from their company.

The Shell Gas station located here at the North part of Medford is an okay place to come and get some gas and convenience store stuff.They are conveniently located right there on the corner out on highway 62. And they have fuel for sale, and a convenience store also located on site.The employees seem somewhat friendly, and relatively competent.Next time your vehicle is thirsty, or you want some snacks in this neighborhood, stop on by!

Had an employee of mine go to this place for fuel and asked to use the phone to contact me for card info. He was met with utter hostility from the cashier inside who seemed more interested in starting a fight than offering assistance. Totally out of line and unacceptable behavior. People like this should not work customer service.I will not be going back here, nor will any of our employees, any time soon.

I went to get gas yesterday 9/10/2020. There were a few cars in front of me. I pulled up to the pump told her to fill with regular and handed her my card. I went about my day and later on checked my bank account to find that my total was over $94... i went back and looked at my recite to find out they charged me $4.09 per gallon. this is un acceptable. the fire devastated our community and you guys are ripping people off... shame on you
