Express lane line 15 people deep and no movement. Tried to get a few things for lunch. Gave up after 10 minutes. I won't make that mistake again.

Its changed for the worse. Few name brand canned items for sale. Meat is selected quality which is the lowest meat quality you can buy. The Safeway app. People are suppossed to us for sales coupons does not work. No label stating what country the food was grown or processed in. I'm done. If you want your phone hacked sign into the Safeway app. It has no password. Its free but it has no security.

Sandee at Safeway Floral on Crater Lake Hwy went above and beyond to provide beautiful flowers for us. She took extra time and care to make sure the flowers were exactly what we wanted for a family member's funeral. I plan to order all my flowers from her in the future.

I love this store but getting a genuine smile from an employee here is murder. They all seem to be in there own world and any laughing or smiles are usually a result of an inside joke amongst themselves, making you feel like you yourself just may be the butt of the joke. But I still love the store

Clean store. Decent selection throughout. Deli and floor associates were very friendly. Cashier was efficient and somewhat friendly.

I called this safeway today and asked about a medication that I usually get at the other safway but they were out . The lady that answered wasn't rude but the minute I asked if they had any of my medication she didn't even let me get the name of the medication completely out and she said NO we don't have any . She didn't look or attempt. She was judging me because of the medication I take. I know nothing will come of this but I'll never understand why this is acceptable behavior?

The store is great, the pharmacy not so much. Every time I go to pick up a prescription they have 1 cashier and a very long line. Read the room Safeway add another cashier. Very disappointed.

They advertise a sale price that you can only get by using their app which doesn't work and rarely gives the appropriate discount. Was told by a manager to try loading all the coupons on my app at home before going to the store. I tell her I did that and she tells me to go home and try again. Not shopping here again. The price posted on the shelf should be honored.

The store is clean, and shelves are stocked. The employees are usually courteous. However, I had the misfortune of being checked out by Elizabeth M. She was rude and nasty because I had a cart full of groceries, and she didn't feel like bagging my load. I told her I would bag them. She even complained I wasn't fast enough. I suggest not doing a basket full of groceries here, maybe just a grab-and-go kind of store. I'll have to find a new place for my weekly trips.

This location has several items that we only seem to be able to get there. Their produce selection is always good as well as their selection of wines and local beers at a good price. Staff are always helpful and have assisted when we had questions. The store is clean and well stocked.
