I've never in my adult life walked into a store and felt like I was back in high-school being bullied....
It's Friday at 12:15 on May 31st and I walked in to try to see if the store would like to buy my new clothes as I'm moving states. There are signs on the counter, and front door that say we're alloted one Box, Bag, or Tote per person.. apon trying to drop off my new clean duffle full of name brand clothes the girls working said i mist have the items in a white plastic bag...
I asked if they had a bag and they informed me the just gave their last one away and arnt allowed to give any more bags away....
It was all just really off putting. My clothes are high quality and I'm a really nice person.. I don't mind putting my clothes in a plastic bag but when I kindly said, there are signs that state otherwise and that I wasn't stressed about it the ladies were really rude to me... I won't be returning as I feel really unsafe in that atmosphere.

They are not all age inclusive. They only cater to the under dressed teen segment of the population. Looks like a low budget thrift store. Will not be returning.

Decent place for downsizing your closet. They only give you $1-4 per item, which isn't ideal but better than nothing! They also have some nice items for sale but you do need to dig because some stuff isn't the best or is stained! It's nice that they have some higher end brands like free people and madewell for good prices as well.

Overpriced stuff from Shein & Walmart. Mean girl employees that literally sit on the counters & rudely talk about other customers. I stopped going & I would go to any thrift store in town over this place. Super uncomfortable environment.

Don’t sell your things here they will severely underpay you for them only do it if you wanna fast way to get rid of old clothes or other things I would personally just go to goodwill for that tho.

The blonde worker stares at you like you’re a thief she makes you feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store. she has no personality and seemed to avoid interactions with customers. Incredibly unprofessional work place if that’s how it’s ran.

This place used to be amazing! Now all of the workers are actually mean, they literally only accept ugly and bad quality clothing. I’ll have a bag of clothes with a bunch of good condition Brandy Melville, Pacsun, Etc. and they’ll take the shein items way before they’ll take the better items. The workers are mean, dont look through the clothes well, and don’t even price them well anymore. Disappointing and will not be returning.

I use to really like coming here few months ago because they had cute trendy clothes for a decent price but now it’s mostly like goodwill stuff. All old or shein. Saw some with stains and overpriced.

I've over heard them going through my bags saying "stained" "damaged" as I was filling out the paper like they were offered a bag of trash or something. ? I think they need new employees with better judgement. They don't take anything from you and if they do it's one or two items maybe. They are very picky yet I've found items with stains on them displayed on their racks with pikes of clothes everywhere on the floor.

I’m so frustrated. I left a large bag of clothes with them. They wanted to keep a small amount of clothes so I declined. This is after they sent me a text saying my clothes were ready for pick up until 6pm but they closed early on sundays and when I got there at 5:30 they were closed. Anyway, I just went into the bag for items I had photographed to sell (had a buyer for the sweaters) online prior to fashion run way and to my surprise a good handful of my items are missing from the bag and replaced with someone else’s clothing. I’m missing three old navy sweaters, a Abercrombie sweater and a pair of American eagle jeans. I will now be out $60 as all my listing have to be taken down and I had to tell my buyer I don’t have those items. Extremely frustrated.

So first off I just wanted to say the manager who runs the store shouldn't even be a manager because the way she runs the store, I was fired today due to the manager and the person who owns the store because they over hired people, waisted my time for no reason at all it is not a company you want to work for, and if we're being honest here I would rather go to goodwill because yes they are a second hand store just like runway, but if you really look at it you can go there and find a lot more things for even a cheaper price. The only good thing that came out of working for that company is making some friends and that's it

The girls at the front desk were friendly. I gave them a huge box of nice, clean clothes and they didn’t even want one item. They’re extremely picky about what they accept, which is unfortunate. They also left my clothes messy and unfolded so I had to bring them home, dry them, and fold them all over again.

i love going here the first few times i came in a found a lot of stuff that i liked and got they have a really good selection of stuff and i love going here it's really cheep for good items some of the clothes i still have and the people who work they are real sweet

Someone else had my number in which I've had for years. I gave them an alternate number which was my husbands. finally getting a message on his phone I came in the next day. They couldn't find a big bag full and think it may have been donated. I'm trying to be understanding but it's hard with their lack of concern and blowing me off If they made a mistake and we're accountable I'd be more understanding. NEVER again will I do business with them
