I was from out of town and a puppy had chewed up my CPAP mask. Contacted these folks and they were AWESOME in helping on the spur of the moment. HIGHLY recommend these kind folks.

Kendall is great at meeting your needs! In my first experience, I arrived late, they were closed. As I walked away disappointed, Kendall got out of his truck to re-open the store and helped me--I can't remember a time when someone was so thoughtful. My second experience was the same. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back soon!

Great people working there. I picked up first cpap machine today and they were so kind and informative. Best customer service you could ask for. Made sure I had the best mask that fit, and comfortable. THe only thing I would say is to read the papers carefully before you sign and be sure you understand how the program works. I had some major problems but they did resolve them for me. I am very grateful for that.

You are the shadiest, most obscene, and most disorganized business I’ve ever encountered. The blatant lies, manipulation of insurance billing and funds, and outright client abuse is mind blowing to me. I’m baffled you haven’t been sued and completely shut down by now. You show up at my house unannounced without identifying yourself, claiming “I’m just the courier” (extremely well dressed older man driving a new model truck) giving false information about us being told to leave our expensive medical equipment on the front porch for “someone to pick up” when no such thing happened, at all. I call twice after this happened on a Friday and spoke to the billing department. Then, the next week, on Monday, when I attempt to drop off our medical equipment because we purchased one outright so we didn’t have to deal with your price gouging anymore, I’m told we didn’t need to drop anything off because it had already been picked up. When I made it clear that was not the case bcs I had the equipment in my hands while speaking to the guy in your office, I was then told I had the option of signing the document stating it was in fact picked up that day after he explained he didn’t know how it was possible that it was marked “confirmed” when I’m standing there clearly stating it was not. I explain my husband would be calling to make further arrangements, the following day, Tuesday, we get a purposely mis-dated and threatening letter stating we are refusing to return equipment and are now being charged more than double what the equipment costs. All of this happened in a 2.5 business day span and not once, still, have we received any sort of communication from Rotech about it other than a random courier, incompetence in the office and threatening letters in the mail. I’ll return your equipment but I want to make sure anyone who is interested in feedback about using your service is able to see what a shady business you are and quite frankly, I suspect a level of insurance fraud is happening here as well.

I had driven up to Ashland from the bay area when i realized i had left my mask and tubing behind, i called around and found Kendall and Rotech, he was extremely helpful and assisted me in locating the correct tubing and maskIf you are in the medford area and have CPAP requirements, I strongly recommend visiting Rotech first

completely incompetent.1. rarely answer their phones. you can call and call and call and maybe on a good day you'll get someone. And don't even think about leaving a message I've NEVER had a call back from leaving a message.2. they never bill insurance correctly. I've been battling for 5 months now to get them to bill insurance correctly and they never have fixed it.3. on those rare occasions I've gotten someone there when I am able to speak to them, no one can help in any degree. I'm promised call backs from them, or calls from billing or someone, and I get nothing.I've called my Dr to tell him to NOT use these people any longer and described to his office the incredibly frustrating time I've had. I can not overstate what a complete debacle this whole event has been. Ask our dr to prescribe your CPAP from some other facility in the valley!

I had a great experience with Kendall at Rotech. I'm traveling and realized I had forgotten my CPAP mask at home. I get my supplies through Rotech, so I looked for a location nearby to where I am staying. Kendall was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I was able to get what I needed. I highly recommend both Rotech and Kendall at the Medford location.
