I have been going to endocrinology for 7 years for my hypothyroidism. For the first 5 years at a different endocrinologist it was a painful and exhausting experience but 2 years ago when I started seeing Dr.Hungerford it was literally life changing. Dr.Hungerford has a gentle manner and he is kind to his patients. He is more knowledgeable then my previous doctors and was able to help me balance my medication so I can manage my health. Listen by the time you need an endocrinologist your body is suffering and your spirit is crushed. There isn't a cure for hypothyroidism but medication and diet can help you. Many people get angry at a permanent auto immune disease and might reflect that anger in their reviews but I have seen what a bad endocrinologist is like and Dr.Hungerford is the best I have ever met. Also if you have read this far be kind to yourself this is a long journey.

worst experience ever. was trying to talk to the receptionist and she transferred me as i was in the middle of talking to her. i would never recommend this place ever

The most rude. Incompetent, apathetic staff you will ever meet. Save yourself the time of trying to get into this place. They will just toss out your referral and lie about talking to your primary care drs!

This office/staff is the worst that I have ever had to deal with in my 18 years of having type one diabetes. The schedulers are horribly rude, bringing me to tears. I have spent that last 5 months trying to get in after an urgent referral from my primary dr. I am also 5 months post partum. In that time, I have had a seizure and also been in the ER for extremely high bloodsugars. I had been calling twice a week every week. I've been told "well we're just busy so you're going to have to wait" "Maybe you should just find a different endocrinologist" "speak to your primary care dr. SPEAK TO YOUR PRIMARY CARE DR. SPEAK. TO. YOUR, PRIMARY. CARE. DR." (That was her only response she would even give me...so rude) These people will lie to you. They do not care about your life. They will lead you on for months only to deny you and refuse to tell you why. (I currently have the best insurance in Oregon due to wonderful employment benefits, so I know it's not insurance related.) I have told my family to sue this place for all it's worth if anything happens and I die. They have been completely negligent and lied on multiple occasions.

Getting into the website is difficult to begin with but trying to find lab results ended up being an impossibility. On a user friendly scale of 1-10 this doesn't even get close to a 1!!! Even trying to post this commentary was impossible because all I got was "cancel" as an option.

I don't understand why I can't get a copy of my ultrasound the lady on the phone said if I pay 20 I can get it ..they didn't really explain much about my ultrasound ..my neck jaw still very much in pain.

I am new to the area and am looking to get established with medical providers. I called this facility in hopes of hanging my hat here for medical care. I spoke with a customer service lady twice, on two different days, and both days, this woman was utterly rude and came off annoyed with trying to help me navigate what I needed to do to get established. By the second time and same rude demeanor, I commented on how she was coming off. Rather than apologizing, she became defensive and stated "this is how I talk" and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked how to find to the new patient paperwork I needed to complete. Management really should speak with this woman and see what they can do to help her because I for one will not be going here for medical care if I have deal with her rude and impatient tone every time I call the office.

I came down with covid 4 weeks ago this Tuesday. I must say I received excellent care ❤ from nursing staff,the doctors and even the cleaning crew and the cooks. I will never forget these ladies and gentlemen! I am home enjoying my wife more than I ever havebecause of care I received there. May the Lord bless them all.

Ughh. From surprise charges, having to walk them through charges that you've already paid for, to getting rushed out, to not getting your questions answered. This place is frustrating. I had to schedule an appointment months in advance for a basic checkup, then I got maybe 5 minutes with a doctor. The nurse technicians will also place random information in your file, like how being a 'pack a day' smoker, when I don't even smoke.
