" Ugh..filthy place surrounded by cockroaches, drugs, and illegal activities the staff was rude:(:(the kids and husband were not happy we were supposed to stay a week we stayed 1 night we were supposed to stay a week well our house was undergoing a small renovation. I tried leaving 0 stars, but it wasn't an option... I love supporting small businesses, but this one was a big disappointment" ?

The head housekeeper is definitely a tweaker an runs the place like a jail. I’ve been here for months an the sink pipes have barely worked sense I got here. They will mop ur room with dirty mop water from the previous 3 rooms then dump the water in ur shower….. almost every review on here is accurate. Bug problems, tweaker problems an all the rest.

Why staff put cockroach infested furniture outside the one section of the hotel not infested....we could not understand as the bugs infested the remaining areas. Black mold is deep in walls.

Have mental health disabilities? Don’t come here because they’ll tell you that your mental health doesn’t matter when you have a bad day, they like to intimidate and bully anyone who stands up against them and on top of it all the entire place is Roach and bed bug infested and don’t bother telling them because they will just blame it on you. Been here almost 6 months and things get worse by the day. Today they accused me of domestic violence and tried having me arrested or at least removed yet the police told me I was good, shook my hand and shook my hand, so his place is horrible and if I could afford to leave I would

Debbie is nice an works with you. Head housekeeper was rude an mean an disrespectful towards paying guests. Room had bed bugs, roaches, gnat problem and ants. Won't recommend this establishment.

I love the price the staff I so nice and friendly too... All the rooms are clean and neat too.... I would let my friends and family stay there all the time....It is a good place in Medford Oregon.....
