Called hotel concierge 30 min before booking room to ensure the hot tub/jacuzzi was working and was told that it was. After a 10-hour drive, I wanted a hotel with hot tub amenity and was disappointed to discover that it was not functioning properly. Notified the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker who said it had been like that for a while. He suggested that I mention this when I check-out so my rate could be adjusted for lack of promised amenity but when I mentioned it, the front staff offered no compensation. Disappointed and will not return to this hotel.

Beds are excellent. It was nice to enjoy the hot tub. Unfortunately I walked in on food being in both the hot tub and a pool. And the evening stuff didn't believe me when I was sharing with them the reason for delay at the pool. For office stuff or a bit rudeRooms: The room views were of Motel 6. Which is not something I would recommend as a nice view.Safety: Someone attempted to break into my vehicle. Luckily nothing was stolen. But the door was left open a little bit. Though it is clearly stated that the hotel is not responsible for lost items or stolen itemsFood & drinks: Food is good at chadwick's. Do not order room service you're available triple.

The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The room quality is my only downer of my stay. It's very outdated and needs a remodel desperately.

Very well kept for an older hotel.Appreciate the super friendly, welcoming staff (shoutout to Craig) and all the amenities. While modest, it gets the job done!

The smell in this establishment is Disgusting. I walk in to visit someone staying there didn't stay long.I like the way the place was set up, that's the 2 stars. If you don't mind the smell of B.O. I wouldn't stay here myself.

Needs lots of repairs! Showed up and tv wasn’t working. Second day I asked for my room to be freshened up and came back to bed made but a pile of towels still in the room with no replacement towels. I also found my door not pulled shut! I will say this hotel is very quiet! I didn’t hear anything in the hallRooms: Very quietFood & drinks: Breakfast was great!!!

Rooms: The rooms are always fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast is such a value and good quality you will not be disappointed

rooms and everything were clean beds were comfy, heater did not work very constant, room would get hot and cold and stuffy, summer might be better, had a good breakfast included, a few different choices, close to the highway but no noise from it, plenty of parking, had to go to another building to get to the gym and pool, some machines in gym didn't work. great stay for 1 or 2 nights.
