I like the banking, but the banking app doesn't notify you tell next day about large transactions. I recently refinanced my car with them and while doing it told Dave I was a teacher and get laid off every summer he said oh well than you'll want to and the unemployment additional and when you get laid off your payments are covered. So of course I got it. My transmission went out a few weeks later cost more than the car to fix so I sent Dave an email asking if I could take full coverage off the vehicle since it's a yard ornament he called me and left a message saying he would but try to file a claim with insurance first. I called him and we had a long talk about it and than at the end he said and we could delete these other things too. So I filed the insurance claim and was denied so I called Dave and said can I take full coverage off now he said no I never said that. I have a message you left in reply to my email saying you would. He said no I never said that. Than I realized he mightve lied about other things so I asked about other aspects and he said it would not cover me because I'm a teacher so it's voluntary unemployed. He lied from the beginning. Maybe other employees are honest but I do not recommend Dave marks. He will lie to you to get you to sign up for more stuff than deny everything. So for banking I like them but for loans big big big thumbs down middle finger up!

Today I will give them a great rating. BRENDA, was the teller who helped me. My bankcard had been hacked again and she went above and beyond to help me take care of my business. She made sure that my card was activated and ready for me to use again after giving me a new card. Usually the lines in this bank are long, today was no exception, but the clerks were working hard to help people. I was in the bank less than fifteen minutes and she told me get some ice cream on your way out, because it is a hot day and it will help cool you off. She did a great job and was very polite and gave great customer service.

Update: My initial complaint at a branch made it to the desk of an actual branch manager instead of someone who (I am positive) introduced themselves as the manager. She heard me out without arguing. She proposed a solution. She committed to seeing it through. She told me another person would do it but that she was responsible. She promised to get back to me by a certain day. It was solved.Once off the rails, how does an organization recover from a painful experience and bring it back around to a four-star review? I'd say just like this. I appreciate being heard and the situation being fully rectified. Thank you RCU.Unbelievable. They upgrade to electronic check reading and from that point they can deny any liability of any mistake made on their end because "it's the computer". (Why would anyone EVER overpay on a car loan that costs 2% interest when obviously large additional payments are intended to pay down a line of credit that charges 10%. Wow.)And by the way: ANYTIME you are addressing a confused and frustrated client of 30 years using "but" as you defend your situation shuts everything down.I always liked First Interstate Bank, I will absolutely, positively move our 5 accounts from Rogue to FIB, over with our 4 there. Believe it or not, they give better service and are more amenable to working things out, not that we need much help.

It’s sad to see how our Local Bank (Rouge Credit Union) are TERRIBLE on Customer Service and not being Organized.. I came twice durning the week to see if I could open a credit for my wife.. they said “They are NOT doing appointments there just doing first come first serve. and told me Saturday at 9Am is best to come”.Saturday I came @9AM sharp and now I need in appointment… “And there are ppl in-front of us… 2 hr wait she said”-CarmenWish the owner or the managers would step up… and not send us these mediocre messages that they take serious our feedback..(Lies)figure out the problem and solve it..I see a lot of employees walking around smiling acting like there doing something instead of helping YOUR Customer “MATT STEPHENSON”GO undercover Boss or SOMETHING!

Had a company reactivate an account and charge my card without my permission, but when I called to stop the transaction I was told that that's not possible. Apparently all they can do is wait until the transaction clears and the company that stole my money has it then ask for it back. Seems fraudulent and shady and makes me want to take my banking somewhere else.

This branch is full of employees, yet only staffs one person at teller row. This branch has the longest wait of any location is Jackson County. Their service is terrible and the associates are not empowered to truly help their customers.

Got a car loan through them. Great rates, they seem friendly. Depending on how this goes, I may switch from WF.Update: 8/25/2022Best place to get a local home mortgage. They’re super on top of it, cheap/reasonable fees, their cooperation with your realtor and Title company is amazing too.Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was in the Center location to help a friend to get a loan payment corrected that this branch made. The manager came out and told him he had to make an appointment to correct this. I said that it was their problem and should not be his problem. The manager got mad and told me to get out of the office. I reported this and your response was to take the manager position. Your people are more interested in protection your employees that the customers. The manager should be removed. I have never been treated at a Banking facility like you people tolerate. Your newbuilding across the street construction is totally missed managed.
