There's no longer a teller at the drive up anymore. Good news is that they put in newer ATMs with call boxes.

Had an odd experience today attempting to open a joint savings account with my wife purely to deposit income from our rental properties. Which in it self should be a seamless, simple, basic thing. First they required definitive proof that we resided in Jackson County (we had just moved to the city two weeks ago). After some doing I was able to provide proof thru my electricity bill, but alas it did not have my wife's name on the account (despite her having the same last name and us being married for ten years) they pressed her to provide proof. Eventually she dug up our address on the website of her new job, so step one complete. Then (which is super odd) they required a HARD credit check. When I questioned why a Hard Credit check would be required for a BASIC savings account (not a loan! Or anything of the sort) they stated "it's our policy". When I asked AGAIN why ... That is all the associate would state "it's our policy". (My credit score is 810 but I refuse for it to take a DING for nothing but a bloody savings account) Being an HOUR into the ridiculous process for a dang savings account I was like we're done and I left quite exasperated.Then I opened an Online Joint Savings account with Capital One in 15 minutes while sitting in my car in their parking lot without a fuss or a hard credit check. I was hoping to do business with my newly local credit union, but that ain't going to happen.It is Extremely rare that I give any establishment 1 star, but it is 100 percent necessary in this instance.

Rogue has been terrible to deal with. I have a business account with them. I have an international wire transfer that has been lost in limbo for about 4 weeks now! No one can seem to help me. I have been lied to multiple times and different branches. Overall horrible experience. I wish they would have been upfront and honest to begin with and I would have chosen a different service for our wire transfers.

Twice today I have tried to go into the branch on the corner of Poplar and McAndrews and both times I have failed. Earlier today there were at least 20 people in line and then just now, even though it says online they are open until 6pm they actually closed at 5pm... I arrived at 5:01pm. Plus I am only allowed to do my transactions inside due to the type of account I have so I'm now stuck until tomorrow ?

Sometimes I call and the process is smooth.Other times, I'm basically told to "have my husband call back." When I call they can be rude and condescending. If you ask for a call back, it takes days..... If they call back at all.

Will needs SOME serious customer service training. While I understand he’s still in training being on hold for an hour, to have to wait for him to get a manager, (Tyler) who tells him to help me and gives him the phone back for him to hang up on me is incredibly unprofessional. I’m on hold AGAIN at twenty minutes now. In the future maybe consider allowing the person who knows what they’re doing do it and then use it as an opportunity to train. Thank you Kristina for your help!! You were so so sweet and very professional. Appreciate your time and willingness to help!!

They are generally quite busy and often working all alone and every teller there always manages to offer a smile and true patience. They should be a reminder to us all that kindness is a choice. They are exceptional people and an asset to their company... Thanks to all of you!!
