I have never been sent to the wrong building or had appt’s lost at any other medical facility as much as this place. As an example, today the call center directed me to a clinic pharmacy to get an vaccination for our child. They said “you can just do a walk in for anyone over 7.” When we got there the pharmacy staff said they could not bill for children. I went to the medical side to re-ask where I was supposed to get the shot and they said they could make appt for two weeks out…. What? for a two minute visit? Your supposed to get vaccinated before the end of October, but he had a cold. Now you want him to wait until December? That’s such horrible care. I think even Albertsons has a drop in service, but this organization can’t figure it out? Our guy has autism and it’s an event to get him out the door. He doesn’t do well when we tell him we’re going to do something then reverse it, so today he became upset and had a total meltdown when we just had to leave without seeing anyone. Oh… and they said the pharmacy was in the same building as his Dr, and it’s not, it’s over a mile away. This is about the 5th time this year that I was given incorrect information that resulted in showing up and being sent away with no treatment/help, and with kid in tow. They set him up for a dentist that didn’t take his dental plan (after asking which one he had). We waited like 3 months to get in and then had to start all over and wait months more. They sent me to the wrong address twice, they even sent me to an office that was closed once. They really need to get it together. They don’t give us a direct number to his pediatrician, but an 800 # that makes you navigate through a long phone tree then hold for an operator who has no connection to our provider or knowledge of pediatrics. When I leave messages for dental I can’t get a call back, I have to go in just to get simple things like a copy of records. I have private insurance and get SO MUCH better treatment than he does. It’s so sad. They treat him like he doesn’t matter because he’s just another poor kid, and our time doesn’t matter, and come off like we should be lucky to be herded through their inadequate system. If you can go somewhere else, do.

Dr.Jacob in the Dental Clinic is awesome!Seen Debra Frost FNP a couple weeks ago in Medford clinic and she was very nice, caring, and she even called me later that day to confirm a couple things ?

Previously favorable comments submitted by staff. I have gone to this clinic for over twelve years-they are hiring women from other areas - and they are challenged by standard business practices-never at any time as this clinic functioned in a professional manner, I beg senators Whyden and Merkley to replace this facility with one that actually works-these girls don’t want to work in an office-they want to run a pod cast.

Whenever I make an appointment, chronically ill, and constantly near death, my doctor has never spent more than 10 minutes in the room with me. I am lied to about my patient rights so she will go quicker, and they take up to two weeks to refill EMERGENCY medication. Because of this office and medical negligence, I have been to the EMERGENCY ROOM 3 times for my asthma. The doctors at the emergency room literally have told me my doctor is lying to me about my dosage. NEVER GO HERE, EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT ALWAYS.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful group of employees! I have one doctor there that is as Brilliant as they come…..such a special diagnostician. I’m lucky to have found them.

Rogue community health refuses to release my own kids (he’s 2) medical records to me. Even against state law that gives any parent of their child the right to inspect and receive the child’s medical records (ORS 107.154[3])Pretty terrible when the father of a child is refused information on their kid.Take your kids elsewhere

It seems that I have the same complaints as everyone else, the sad thing is that I could have gotten MORE medical professionalism out of the EMT students,I taught years ago!

As a former Paramedic, I have been witness to Gross medical incompetence from RCH, with all the negative reviews (some complaints were of the, what the hell ? kind, really makes one wonder ), Medical in my day was a profession of excellence not being a dumba**, and please don't get me started on the pharmacy.

Sorry, you're actions caused me to quit your services, very unprofessional, employee turnover is an issue. And you canceled on me hours before my appointment before last. You charged me 28.00 for the first visit to remove 2 teeth, then 470.00 to remove the next 2, which was supposed to be 4, but someone changed their mind during procedure. Left the 2 that hurt, and took the two I used to eat with. Made living miserable.

Waited 3 months! for an appointment they rescheduled because doc wasn't in that day, for another 3 months! then called again the day of the appointment and rescheduled for another 4 months for the same reason that's 10 months for an appointment ! and they will probably just reschedule again...

Man. If you like waiting around, being forgotten, and being unable to fill your prescriptions, this is the place for you! I've been trying to get an inhaler for days, talked to doctors and care staff and mostly they seem annoyed. I have been a patient there for almost three years. Trust me, if I had the choice I wouldn't have asthma and wouldn't need an inhaler. That would be so easy. But since that's not realistic, maybe I could just have unlimited refills on a rescue inhaler.Save your money, go somewhere else.

Worst place takes weeks to switch medication to a different pharmacy. They cuss my wife out and refuse to do their job
