If I could give a 0 i would. The manager is rude and unprofessional, harassing my wife over the phone about auto pay, which was not brought up at all when we did the paperwork. I will say the workers are professional and have amazing attitudes towards customers. Maybe the manager should learn from his employees on how to treat a customer. Your goal is to keep customers, not push them away

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was in a wreck last month and I've made every payment even if it's a few days late, i told the man i am struggling this month to catch up. I never missed a payment however he acted like Im several payments past due. Rude, not understanding, might as well say im a lyer because i said i get paid this week. I wasnt talking about my employment i was talking about my tax money! I am paying this expensive couch off in a couple weeks and i will NEVER, ever go through them or recommend. The man who talked me into getting this couch was extremely nice at first, his name started with an A. I dont know who this other guy is or if its the same person who changed his attitude over a late payment but its unacceptable how he treated me when i pay this damn bill every month! I made sure my name is on here so he can know its me as well as the owner. Never go here.

Gage was excellent he wasn't over pushy with us and allowed us to have enough time to look and not sell us on things we couldn't afford or things we didn't have interest in. He was top notch customer service!!

IT'S MY OPINION THAT:This place has gone down hill. (Klamath Falls)It was great while nelson worked there.I now realize that nelson was the reason the store ran like it did.Nelson is no longer there and it shows.They are overpriced and not interested in making their customers happy.I've spent a lot of money here and paid off things just to be treated poorly.Gosh, I wish nelson was still there!They aren't very honest!I'm going into a new home and need several appliances.I can see that I will have to get my appliances somewhere else.BE NICE AND CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I began renting from this location in December of 2021 and my experience started off well, however, once the manager who helped me with my original purchase was no longer with the company, it quickly took a downward spiral. The day I returned the furniture, the company caused several damages to the apartment trying to remove the furniture. In response, I was told that their insurance company would follow-up and file a claim for the damages, they did not and I was charged for those cost. When I reached out to store about this inquiry, they were dismissive towards me and did not follow-up again. I would highly recommend to not use their services. Either purchase your furniture at a local store or try to find another renting furniture company, not Aaron’s either. *Pictures show paint damages to the wall but they also broke the thermostat.

We rent a refrigerator here every year for our large family gathering on Independence Day. No other rental place is willing to accommodate us because they are only interested in long term- big bucks. These guys are great getting it to us and picked up. Yes the fee for just one month is higher but totally worth it to have the extra space for the month. Big Thank You.

Wonderful staff, Ysmel the store manager takes care of his customers and makes sure they leave satisfied. Been with them for over 2 years. Amy is such a sweet heart who works the floor, keep up the good work guts!
