Fantastic service as usual from Rays! Had some routine maintenance done on my hybrid today and an inspection while I was there. Everything was done quickly, clean and professionally. He notified me of a wearing part that needed attention which I will be back to have replaced in a few weeks. Never any high pressure tactics, just great honest service with a smile. Thanks Ray! I had a great experience with Ray's Auto Repair. Ray, the owner, was upfront and honest about the work needed. He did it in a timely fashion and it was reasonably priced. I was heading back home after picking my Jeep up and a completely unrelated issue happened (serpentine belt puppy blew). I turned around and went back to Ray and he dropped everything and immediately fixed my issue. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Ray's.

Ray's automotive is excellent! We have been using Ray's for years now. Our son's truck had some issues, took it to Ray's, done in a day, reasonable price, I will keep using Ray's in the future.

Ray's Auto Repair is the only place I would take any car I own to have serviced. Ray is not only fast and dependable with my cars. He is totally honest in letting you know what needs to be fixed and how much it will be upfront. I have owned many cars and knew a lot of mechanics but Ray to me tops them all.

Ray's Auto Repair is great if your looking for a hands on owner operation. There is no run around and honest upfront answers. Whether your car is older or new he has the knowledge and capabilities to fix your autos problems. I've order parts, bought tires and just picked his brain over car issues I've had and he is always happy to help. For repairs, upgrades or just an honest estimate this is the only place I'd go in the Rogue Valley... 2011 Jeep JK
