They never have my paperwork, despite my doctor faxing it over prior to the visit. Twice I have made on-line appointments to get blood drawn, only to show up and have them say I don't have an appointment. The office is cramped and messy and does not inspire confidence in the operation. If my insurance covered any other lab, I would never go back to Quest.

I come over here every 3 months and for the last 4 times the tech can't stay on schedule, it's always an hour or more later! This time someone passed out and she did have them lay down but didn't even offer them juice or anything!

I have come to this lab several times to get labs and it always takes forever. With an appointment. I write this as I wait (at 11:27) and my appointment was for 10:40.

Showed up ten minutes early for my 11:00 appointment; only to find several people waiting who had 10:00 appointments. I couldn't wait for an hour and a half for them to figure it out...driving 30 miles back to Grants Pass disappointed.

Appt was made via the VA. Arrived and the facility was closed. Rebooked and long wait for service. Avoid this location. Small with minimal staffing. Staff seemed to get gummed up with problem pt and insurance and billing dispute.

Drove an hour and a half for very important labs for my baby only to be told that they were closed even though I had an appointment because the phlebotomist had to leave. She was rude and no one even called me. I would never come here again.

Took forever and the lady didn’t know what she was doing I literally had to tell her what to do and I don’t work there. It’s also been over and month and still no results and can’t reach and actual person to talk to about it. Waited $200+ on the test that I didn’t get results for. Would definitely not recommend.

Always very behind. Arrived on time for my appointment and waited over forty minutes for draw. Not the first time either. They always bruise my veins too.

Absolutely horrible. Appointment at 8:20am still waiting as of 9am and there was only 1 person In front of me. Not sure what could possibly take so long as I use to be a phlebotomist.

I had a very concerning experience. The person helping me and drawing my blood did not wash her hands, put hand sanitizer on, or clean the room in between patients. The door was open and I watched the entire time. There was no disinfecting done whatsoever. I watched three people go into that room and the chair and all of the different equipment was not wiped down or sprayed. Before she drew blood she put gloves on and then started touching stuff like the keyboard and mouse which is very unsanitary and dangerous.This is not okay, and is absolutely disgusting.

The tech didn't unlock the door until 7:30 cause me to miss my appointment, that I was checked in for. When asked by the lady whose appointment was after mine, he said that she would be first, and I would have to check in and wait. Tech would not look at my confirmation email either.

I'd give a zero star if I could. They quote you a non insurance price. Hand you a receipt saying paid in full then bill you the remainder. When talking to their customer service they promise to take care of it but continue to send you bills. It's a never ending loop. And on top of it their prices are higher than anywhere else

This lab is inside the Safeway grocery store next to the pharmacy department. The office is neat and clean... Way too small, fit approximate 5-6 chairs. Can't imagine crowd and long lines... Luckily I went on a slow day. I would recommend everyone to make an appointment. Check in Service was prompt and I was met with friendly Phlebotomist. Who double check and clarify my name and tests. Overall the experience was pleasant.

As an employee of a small medical clinic, we do business with a dozen or more labs. Quest is the worst. The staff seems, at best, untrained. Our rep acted suspiciously dishonest. Billing has been a nightmare. One of our doctors went to the local draw station and had to tell the lab tech what to do. The Dr. stated that she felt her patient info was not secure. I would recommend going elsewhere for lab processing.
