I was introduced to Maria about 6 years by a customer that wanted a bathroom remodel. My first reaction was "not again" I have worked with several designers over the years and it has never been a positive experience until I met Maria. Since then she has designed several projects for me always with great results. She has proven to be a great asset to my business and always look forward to building her awesome designs. Thanks Maria!

Maria is amazing! We could not imagine how we would have ever rebuilt our home after the Almeda Fire without her expertise. She guided us through the myriad of decisions and made our dream home come true…There are not enough stars in the sky to rate her!!! ✨

We are truly grateful that we called upon the services of Maria Ristau of Pratt Residential Design in Medford, OR. Her knowledge of all facets of the construction process and interior design options is impressive. In addition to her abilities in overall design and making sure a home has proper " fit and flow", Maria has a keen eye for style, color, and contrast. Therefore, she was so helpful to us in matching fixtures and finishes to our new home. She always kept our own lifestyle, needs, and budget in mind while doing so. Maria worked collaboratively with us at every stage of construction to assure the final product would be great and personally tailored. It has been seven months since we have moved into our new home and we are still in awe as to its beauty! Maria is patient, professional, a great listener, and so easy to work with. She always presented options, ideas, and diagrams to assist us in making critical decisions needed in crafting our home to our heart's desires. She made what could have been an overwhelmingly stressful project into an enjoyable and satisfying one. We highly recommend Maria in designing a new home or remodeling an existing home. Invite her into the design process early as her professional input is invaluable. She knows her craft! You will be glad you invited Maria to travel along with you on your home building journey.....she is worth every step!

Maria helped us with a large home renovation of our true mid-century built home. We completely gutted the kitchen, added a new guest room/bathroom, and reconfigured the laundry room. Maria designed the entire interior floor plan, and did a wonderful job. I had been wanting an "unencumbered" large kitchen island. Others had told me it couldn't be done without pushing out an exterior wall (and at great expense). With Maria, she figured it out, and we love our beautiful new kitchen. She also did a great job designing the new bathroom and guest room. Maria really listens to her clients in order to implement the best plan. My biggest regret in our renovation project is that I didn't use her more! I wish I had relied on her expertise for picking out floor tiles and other details. Maria is so pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
