I called to make an appointment to get my nails done with a couple friends for the day before my wedding. Nora answered and seemed confused. She said she would need to call me back. She called back and said they couldn't help. I asked if we could separate the appointments for different times that day, and she said "um... no. We can't". Didn't say why, didn't offer any alternatives or recommendations. I asked my sister to call the next day and hopefully get someone else on the phone. She called 3 times and left messages at different times of the day, nobody answered and nobody called back.

Natalie is an excellent stylist! She did a fantastic job at cutting my hair. It was a great experience, the style was exactly what I wanted. She is very friendly and pleasant to talk with. I'll definitely be scheduling my future haircuts with her.

Lost my last nail tech to the pandemic and ended up over at Poise. Wonderful experience every time I go in. She also is so flexible with her time in meeting me with my awful schedule. I go twice a month and have been so happy with my nails every time, and I get so many compliments! Cannot recommend them enough!

I haven't been to this salon but I wouldn't feel welcome if I did. I tried to make an appointment with someone in this salon around Christmas and was told they were too busy. I asked to be called when an appointment became available and never received a call back. That's fine, I understand we are in a pandemic. I called again today to make another attempt. I left a message and have yet to receive a call back. Unfortunately, Medford may not be the place for me to have pretty nails.
