Went in with my siblings to get a photo shoot done for a Mother’s Day gift and we barely received the pictures, close to Father’s Day. Should be enough said. Very frustrating photographer and will promise you anything for a good review.

Went in to have an item scanned, cleaned up and printed. The owner helped me and sold me on additional services- I paid money. Now everything he promised never happened and I called him out on it. He promised to refund my money and never did. Not one of his commitments that he offered panned out- and I’m out $150. Please don’t trust this business or the dishonest owner, with any of your photo needs- he will sing a great song and it all goes flat.
So the owner responded with total lies! I could tell you more about the situation however when I went in to the store to pick up the owner had a health crises. Needless to say his response is a total and complete fabrication. I as a matter don’t do reviews but his actions were so egregious that I left this and stand by it.

Overall a good experience! Masao really worked with my siblings and I to understand our vision for our pictures. Him and his wife were so helpful and patient trying to help us get good pictures even though my son was having a meltdown the whole time. Masao works with you throughout the whole process which is a something you don’t get frequently these days!

Veronica was so very informative, professional and helpful about my inquiries! She saved me $20.00 that I had not realized I could save on my purchases! The quality of the products was outstanding! Heard that they do photo restoration. Went in to talk about an old photo I had of my siblings and I when we were younger. Original photo had horrible quality but Masao and his crew were able to help me restore this photo as if we took it yesterday with a professional photographer. Thank you guys for helping me to restore precious memories in our family. Will be going back again. :)

I went here for fingerprinting and the man in charge asked me out loud in front of complete strangers personal information which made me feel very awkward and embarrased, I drew the line when he asked me to state my Social Security number out loud. I told him I would not say it out loud in front of strangers but that I would type it in and that I wanted to speak to him privately. He said he would give me a discount because I needed several copies, when we spoke privately I explained how he made feel awkward and embarrased by prying personal information out of me in front of strangers, who were also seen to feel awkward and even holding back laughing.... the man stated this was because he wanted me to get the discount and did not receive the message that his conduct was unprofessional and even went on to say that illegal immigrants come here for fingerprints and he makes them state that in front of everyone. I told him this is another example of personal information he should not be asking in front of other strangers and he told me I was taking it personal. I said OK were done here and went to pay for the fingerprints, he then took away the discount and would not put it back in place until I told him where I was taking the documents because he knew I would leave him a negative referral review, after I would not disclose more personal information the man told me I could go elsewhere. I went to the Jackson County Sherrifs office for fingerprints and it was $30 cheaper than the "discount" rate and $80 cheaper than the non-discount rate. Bottom line they are unprofessional here and provide extremely poor customer service. When I delivered my documents I reported my experience and the company said they would not refer business here anymore.

Randomly walked into the shop while at the mall, and inquired if they did portfolio pics.To my delight Masao and Kris answered any and all my questions.Even set up a quick shoot, being that my son was leaving in a couple days.The shoot was super fun and was able to get single shots of my son, and I. Can't wait to see these amazing pictures. Totally professional business. Kris was great and helped capture some amazing shots, and made it look natural and effortless.
